This place was perfect for what I needed and the host did an amazing job communicating and accommodating me.

Thani was very nice and helpful ! He also helped us book a taxi to move to Paje, gave us noce recommendations .The room was clean and smelled good and well air conditionned! It was placed in a really nice and safe neighbourhood near to many nice restaurants with beautiful view on the beach.

I had a great one-week stay here. The studio was just as shown in the photos—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials including Wifi . Anything extra I needed was easy to find at the supermarket within. The infinity pool is a nice new addition, as it overlooks the ocean. I’d definitely recommend it for a relaxing stay.

It’s my second time here and I enjoyed my stay once again. Wanja is a responsible host. Hope to stay there again.

The place has plenty of room for our family. Location off the beach. Beautiful views of the ocean. A short walk to Palm Village if you are in the mood. Theresa was an excellent host, very responsive. If you plan on staying longer than a few days, You will probably have to pay for electricity. The process was easy. We enjoyed our extended stay here. Thanks!

Amazing apartment complex i enjoyed my time there, very family oriented and friendly. It’s near stores, restaurants, and a beautiful beach that I loved very much. The hosts are polite and friendly never had a complaint, I would highly recommend!!!

A very good choice in Kiwengwa. Close to the beach and easy to find transport. You have access to a great pool and outdoor area. Just enjoy. Margarita is truly helpful, proactive and positive.

I had the most incredible stay at Eliwinza’s Airbnb in Dar es Salaam! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed to feel right at home. Eliwinza was an outstanding host—so welcoming, helpful, and attentive to every detail. It truly felt like a home away from home. I can’t recommend this place enough, and I’ll definitely be staying here every time I visit Dar es Salaam. If you’re looking for a comfortable, convenient, and top-notch experience, this is the place to be!

My family had a wonderful 4 nights staying at Margo’s property - very private, very large functional bedrooms with fans, air conditioning and private ensuites, plus a separate fully self contained 3rd bedroom. A beautiful pool, 24 hour security onsite, daily house cleaning by Ester. And the dogs were super friendly and great company. If you like football, pack your boots and enjoy a game with the locals on the pitch next door. If you like tapas or just really good food - recommend having dinner at “ To Be” which is approx 1km from Margo’s. Couldn’t find fault with the accommodation or the lovely Margo as a wonderful host, who was available, responsive but also gave us total privacy.

We brought a large group to stay at Prisca's place for two weeks. Prisca was very communicative and extremely accommodating. She purchased additional mattresses, sheets, and towels for our group. She purchased a water dispenser for us when we requested one. There were some problems in the house during our stay (which is common in Tanzania), but her local staff were quick to help us. The house is massive and can accommodate a lot of people and has A/Cs and water heaters throughout. The kitchen is big but not particularly well stocked; we needed to buy a bunch of our own utensils in order to properly cook for so many people. The location is pretty far north of Dar, but it was worth it for the great price and Prisca's great service.

Amazing stay, wished i could stay longer

We loved staying at Thani’s place in the old part of Stonetown, very near everything.. the room and private bathroom on the first floor (up quite steep stairs) were very spacious, clean, simple. The bed was big and comfortable. Thani was very helpful and knowledgable about his home town, quickly answered any queries, collected us from the airport and later arranged a taxi to take us on to Kendwa.. a real gentleman.. we would highly recommend
