Great stay! The place was very clean and nice. A little outside of downtown Moab, so it's a nice place if you like to be away from the center. The only downsides were that the address was incorrect, so it took us awhile to find the house itself, and the pool and hot tub were under construction. Would have been nice to use and know beforehand. Other than that, I would recommend and stay here again!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—just a short drive from downtown Moab, which made it super convenient to explore the area, grab food, and head out for our outdoor adventures. The place itself was very clean and well-kept, with plenty of fresh towels provided, which was a big plus for us. The shared amenities were also a highlight. After long days of hiking, we really enjoyed relaxing in the swimming pool and hot tub—they were clean, well-maintained, and a great way to unwind. There were a few small issues during our stay, but the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. They stayed in touch throughout and even replied to our messages late at night around 11pm, which we really appreciated. It showed how committed and responsible they are in making sure guests have a smooth experience. Overall, we felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Moab. We’d happily stay here again in the future!

Great place to stay! Close to the excitement of Moab while also offering a peaceful environment. Close to national parks. The home is spacious and very clean. We loved the two separate sleeping areas giving us privacy from our kids and their children.

Minutes away from downtown Moab, clean, comfortable accommodations priced fairly. I would definitely stay again! During spring break the shared hot tub was too full for us to use a couple times so you might want to go earlier to be able to use it during peak.

Haley’s condo was perfect for our visit to Moab & Arches NP. Super clean & spacious for our family of 5. We wished we could pick it up and take it with us on the rest of our vacation to the other Parks. The hot tub was nice to soak in after hiking all day & the pool was also heated to dive into. It’s a great location to Arches & to visit Moab restaurants and shops! We definitely would come here again.

We had an amazing time at the Sage Creek condo! The place was exactly as described—clean and beautifully decorated. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, offering great local recommendations and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect— and close to all the things Moab has to offer in the area.

We had such a wonderful time. Moab is a truly beautiful place and this was close to so many amazing hikes. We loved sitting in the hot tub and looking at the stars at night. Kitchen was spotless and well-stocked. So appreciated that it was dog-friendly. What a gem!

Andria’s place was the perfect home base for our adventures. We were very comfortable and loved the pool. She was responsive and helpful.

Daniel was a great host who proactively reached out to see if we needed anything. The condo was spacious and cozy. We enjoyed the comfy living room couch and beds. Close to Arches park and lots of restaurants in a 5-10 minute drive. Great view from the balcony to the beautiful rock formations. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

This place was great for our family trip to the national parks. The hot tub was a welcome treat, especially because the pool wasn’t filled yet as it was too early in the season. The gas fireplace was lovely, beds were comfy, super clean. It is hard to find if you are arriving in the dark. A bit more specific instructions from owner would be helpful on that. The address is for Spanish Valley Dr, but that’s for the whole development. You actually turn in to the complex on Gemini Bridges Lane. Then pay attention to the order of letters on the buildings.

House was very nice and host was awesome! We had an issue with the hot tub and as soon as we reached out to her, she was able to get the repair people out and have it fixed and up and running within the day. House was clean and just like described. Very nice area. Neighbors were quit and never even heard them. Wonderful experience! Will come back!

This place is perfectly located for a trip to Moab! Walkable to downtown but quiet and feels peaceful. Pool and hot tub were a fantastic perk! The space was great, plenty of room! Would definitely stay again!

Great place, plenty of space, the kitchen was perfect for cooking up our own meals, the showers had plenty of hot water available, beds and living room were spacious and cozy. There were two fireplaces kept the place warm. Loved being able to go out for hikes and runs and returning to this place. Highly recommend

Awesome place with cute furnishings and comforts. Only downside is the traffic on the road with side by sides, jeeps and diesel’s. It’s not with in walking distance to downtown but I enjoyed being away from the busy. Definitely will book again!

This is a beautiful condo overlooking the swimming pool, and in a gorgeous location facing beautiful red rock cliffs in Moab. The premises were spotless, and the rooms were all perfectly organized. We stayed two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Haley was extremely helpful throughout our trip/visit, and I would definitely stay at this condo during any future visits to Moab. Thank you so much for making our stay in Moab so fantastic!!

A very nice place to stay - the kitchen is really basic, but the owners are nice and responded immediately to the one minor issue we encountered.

We enjoyed our stay for a family of nine. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and kids enjoyed the pool. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit and two bathrooms. Living room was cozy with using the couch and single pullout beds, but it worked. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall great stay! Plenty of space in the master bedroom to layout suitcases and repack/organize for the rest of our trip! Just to point out, there is no door in the master bathroom leading into the bedroom so for families with young kids or different morning wake up schedules that made logistics of showering/lighting in the AM a little tricky, but would stay again overall. Kids loved the hot tub!

We were looking to rent a property in the Moab area to attend our daughter's wedding. Prior to renting, I reached out to Daniel to ask how far it was from the venue. His response time was quick. We truly enjoyed our stay. The house is exceptionally clean and centrally located near many attractions in MOAB. There are two pools, tennis and basketball courts. Daniel is GREAT. Anytime I reached out to him or Travis with questions, they responded quickly. An added touch is all draws and cabinets are labeled and fully stocked with supplies. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking to rent in MOAB. If I ever return, I will definitely return to this property.
