The Austin House is a downstairs apartment in a Historic Home built in 1921. In the beautiful Victorian style, it features 12' ceilings, lovely hardwood floors, and wood molding. The windows are large and allow warm natural light to bath the spacious rooms. An inoperable fireplace sets the tone in the living room with comfy yet updated furniture. The kitchen is very big and has a farm table for dining. The bedroom has a queen Murphy bed and a spacious bathroom. Close to restaurants. This home has a Keurig coffee pot and we provide starter K-Cups but you may want to pick some up.

A large TV is provided in both the living room and the bedroom for your use. The kitchen is great, with a stainless steel flat top range, fridge and dishwasher. A coffee bar, microwave and toaster are provided for your use! A work area is off the living room with a desk, lamp and charging strip. A coin op washer/dryer is on site.

Welcome to Mobile! Enjoy this entire well maintained condo in the heart of Midtown Mobile close to three major hospitals and just minutes from downtown. Community clubhouse with pool, grill area and work out room is available. My bookings come with a welcome basket . It is available for short term and longer stays. Just blocks from popular Dauphin Street Downtown, walking distance. Many wonderful restaurants and clubs. This apartment has recently been completely renovated with modern amenities like central air & heat, washer/dryer, new appliances. With artwork and some antiques.
