This is a 1br 1 full bath apartment. It is on the second floor unit B. It is located downtown in the historic "DETONTI SQUARE" district. Very quiet with beautiful old homes and large oak trees. It is only 4 blocks from lively 'Dauphin Street' with all of the restaurants, bars and other activities. 1car max parking on property. Parking on street in front if needed. There is a self check in box at entry door, open and remove key. (You have to re-punch #’s to close the lock box door).

Welcome to Mobile! Enjoy this entire well maintained condo in the heart of Midtown Mobile close to three major hospitals and just minutes from downtown. Community clubhouse with pool, grill area and work out room is available. My bookings come with a welcome basket . It is available for short term and longer stays. At this time I am unable to accept local guests from Mobile. 21 and older please! I also have another Airbnb in same complex if this is booked - Gigi Midtown Getaway #2.

Walkable to museums, restaurants, theaters, pubs, events and parks. Very close to multiple parade spots. Fenced backyard with brick patio. Two parking spots available off street. Less than an hour drive to gulf beaches in Dauphin Island or Gulf Shores. 30 minute drive to downtown Fairhope.

Close to downtown to see Mardi Gras, hospitals, universities and cruise terminal. Five minute walk to the laundromat.
