Modern Industrial style with many eco-friendly features such as mini-split heat/ac, tankless water heater, and all-natural fiber area rugs and linens means fewer toxins and a low carbon footprint. Situated near Laurelhurst and Mount Tabor parks with restaurants and amenities nearby. We are also pet friendly and allow well-behaved dogs on leashes for a $30 fee per dog, per visit.

Basement Dwelling

This basement efficiency apartment has its own entrance off the driveway next to the sidewalk and has everything you might need to be comfortable. The ceiling is not that high so I recommend it for people under 6'2". My family including a dog and cats live in the house above so you might hear us but they don’t have access to the apt. Gas and/or electric heat that you control, smart TV and recliner that will stand you up. I do allow animals if you pay the $20 pet fee and see rules.

Built in 2019, this architecturally-designed space is warm and modern, with good natural light for a comfortable home base during your travels. We’re located on a quiet street in the King/Sabin neighborhood that’s just a short walk to great restaurants, shops, parks and a grocery store down the street. This pet-friendly ground floor apartment is in the heart of Portland's Southeast Laurelhurst neighborhood. It's just 5 blocks away from a hub of amazing restaurants and Whole Foods Market. There are cafes, shops, breweries and parks all within walking distance and it's just one block off of the famous East Burnside Street. Pet fee is $35 for one night; $50 for 2-7 nights. Higher fee with longer stays.
