This terraced cottage is beautifully renovated, very clean and quiet and feels spacious. There is a lovely outdoor yard area overlooking back gardens and distant houses. Very comfortable, two nice bedrooms, large worktop/dining table in the kitchen, there is nothing not to like. We’d love to come back.

Unser Aufenthalt mit zwei Familien (vier Erwachsene und drei Kinder) war ganz hervorragend! Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und auch ein kleines Problem mit den Parkplätzen (unser Problem, nicht das der Unterkunft) wurde sofort und vollkommen problemlos gelöst. Super … 👍🏼 Das Haus liegt ruhig, die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben und die Zimmer und Bäder sehr sauber. Der Kontakt vor Ort war so herzlich, dass man sich sofort willkommen und „zuhause“ fühlte“. Vielen Dank für die Zeit bei Euch…!

Amazing stay! The place was immaculate, lovely living room area, well stocked kitchen and cosy bedroom. Looks even nicer than the photos! Lots of nice little touches like milk in the fridge, tea bags, coffee, blankets and a speaker. We enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony overlooking the countryside view. Will definitely be back!

When looking at this property, I initially felt it appeared fairly expensive. However having finished my stay, I can confirm that it was so worth it. The hosts were easy to communicate with, made accessing the location easy and even offered several food packages from the on site butchers. The property itself was beautiful, in such a lovely and private location. The large TV equipped with Netflix & Music and log burner makes for a cosy night in after using the outdoor kitchen and BBQ and hot tub. The property was cleaned to a great state and everything was in good condition. The facilities provided are far beyond what you would expect in an Airbnb. We had such a lovely and relaxed evening. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas. The cottage and the village are beautiful. Stephanie and her daughter gave us all the information we needed and were lovely to deal with. Hope to be back again soon!

We had a fantastic midweek break here as a base for visiting family in Northampton. Caravan was perfect for us very well equipped, comfy beds and spacious. Excellent hosts communicated throughout and thank you for the welcome hamper. Great location with loads of walks on site and surrounding. Would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay again.

Want to say a huge thank you to Sara and Simon. Amazing hosts, all the essentials that you need, true craftsmanship from Simon with what he’s done to the place. We would highly recommend this wonderful little find. Shame we didn’t come later in the year as we’ve missed out on the goats! Thank you so much!

We stayed here to celebrate my mums 60th as some family live in Kent and some in wales. This was a perfect house to host in. It was a lovely size and great for the outside driveway parking. The house was very clean and presentable. We had been left fresh coffee beans for the coffee make which was a lovely touch. The house was in walking distance to some shops and pub and a short drive to Bicester village. The owner answered straight away to any questions we had. Would highly recommend

This was one of the best Airbnb units that we have visited. Patricia went above and beyond both prior to our arrival and during our stay to make sure everything went smoothly. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we could ask for. The added touch of fresh fruit, home baked bread, milk, orange juice, wine, and sparkling water was a true bonus. The location is perfect. We felt part of the city and walked everywhere. It was so quiet at night we slept like babies. This was our first visit to Oxford, but definitely will not be our last. We will not hesitate to book this unit again and will in base our dates on the availability of Patricia's unit. We cannot say enough positives about our experience.
