This light and airy studio apartment is located above our garage with a separate entrance. It features a queen size bed with a pull out full/double size couch. Coffee or tea with fresh muffins, eggs, yogurt are provided upon your arrival. Take advantage of the hotplate, bar fridge, and countertop oven. Visit downtown Guelph or go on hike in the surrounding areas. The hot tub and fire pit are available. Our pool is for family use only. You may hear some traffic and the clucking of our chickens

The upper deck is an amazing one bedroom studio with a full newly renovated bathroom, a sweet kitchenette, an amazing king size bed, a 65 “ inch HD smart Samsung TV with a live edge counter- a great workspace or eating area. One wall is floor to ceiling windows -lots of great natural light!!! Outdoors has an amazing hot tub , rustic firepit area , a beautiful covered outdoor eating area with Bbq and you can hear the lake!! Note- the studio is a separate but is part of a house.

The Captain's Cottage at Willow Pond

You will have your own private one bedroom cottage on our 17 acre property. Your countryside getaway can be as quiet or as busy as you make it. You will have access to our tennis court, swimming pool, hot tub, gazebo, pond, garden and woodland trails. Adults are welcome to use the exercise studio. There is a flock of heritage chickens, guinea hens and quail who lay beautiful eggs for your breakfast. We also have bees who produce delicious honey for our guests.

Tiny home in Mono

A clean, bright space with high ceilings, privacy, and charm overlooking our Herbal Tea Garden. You can hike the Bruce Trail, relax by our pond or cycle through the Dufferin County Forest. Relax in the hot tub, book a massage, or enjoy a campfire under the stars. Inside is a bed, kitchenette, and sitting area. Outdoor is barbecue , firepit, and attached outhouse. Waterpark Acres offers a unique country experience to relax with spectacular views from the balcony. You have complete privacy in this separate building. No other rooms are rented out while you are here. See farm animals ( horses, llama's, dogs, sheep, pheasants and other birds.
