The bright and airy bedroom features a queen sized bed and dedicated workspace. The couch in the living room can be converted to a full-sized bed. Pet friendly ($20 per pet per night!) 1 off street parking space is available in the driveway.

This newly refurnished coastal house sleeps 7 across 3 generously sized bedrooms. You can also book the 1 bed/1 bath attached guest unit for an additional $200/night. In the main unit, there is two king bedrooms, a room with two full beds and a second living room/office/workout area that serves as an extra sleeping area with a queen pull out bed and a Peloton. In the separate guest unit there is a king bedroom, bathroom, living room, second kitchen and private outdoor deck and living space.

The sunny and peaceful romantic suit is 717 sf fully equiped with queen size comfy bed, big living room with comfy single sleeping sofa bed, fireplace and kitchenette, private guest's laundry room with w/d. The retreat is located on the first floor of our tri-level house with private entrance at side yard. Large wooden deck around the entire unit which surrounded by seasonal creek, you will feel like being in the forest. All the pictures you see on the list are for guests exclusive use.

Ocean view home! This gorgeous home on the prestigious Padaro end of Summerland will have you living a relaxed, luxurious lifestyle one can only dream of. Morning walks to the coffee shops and afternoon sunsets await you. Home boasts features such as a large stone fireplace to keep you cozy, coffee and tea bar, central heating, soft water system, R/O system, hardwood floors, privacy, ocean views, lovely patio off the master bedroom, central heating, dishwasher, and laundry room.

Lovely 2Bedroom Downtown

Peaceful house located blocks away from downtown Santa Barbara. Parking space and a quiet neighborhood. Excellent for a nice getaway to Santa Barbara. The city is planning on doing some king of street maintenance during september to novemeber, they have not given any exact dates. Looks like phase 2 will require street closure. As of this time 9/5 nothings started yet but theyve started leaving these notices around. Going to include a transcript of the notice in another section.
