Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Nur einen Steinwurf von der Küste entfernt und in der Nähe der malerischen Städte Porec, Vrsar, Novigrad und Rovinj befindet sich diese äußerst geräumige Luxusvilla, ein architektonisches Meisterwerk mit atemberaubendem Blick auf Olivenhaine, einem schönen Weingut und das Meer. Die Villa mit 8-10 Betten liegt am Rand des Dorfes Fuskulin. Luxus und Komfort in und ausserhalb der Villa mit: Pool, Whirlpool, Auẞenküche, Grill (Ofyr) und nur wenige km vom Strand, sowie von der Altstadt von Porec.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

CASA AVA,STIFANICI,ISTRIA

Casa Ava is an original stone Istrian house. It is situated 12 km from Porec where the nearest beaches are. Stifanici is a small authentic village easily accessible . Truffle area in Motovun and Groznjan are a short drive away as well as many vineries. Porec is also famous for entertainment,there are always music or sport events throughout summer. Marked bike routes are just at your doorstep. The floor heating and radiators have just been installed so it is very warm in the winter.

With the nice weather the garden is obviously the favorite part of the house to spend time. You can cool yourself down in the pool, or you can enjoy preparing your food in the cosy summer kitchen with the traditional open fireplace. The outdoor dining space is perfect to spend warm evenings in a good company. All of this is even better when you can enjoy the spectacular views and greenery that surrounds our beautiful villa. The garden has a lawn irrigation system.
