Year round waterfront home right on Moosehead located in Rockwood Maine. Swim, boat, snowmobile, fish and ice fish right from the property. This home is in an exclusive association accessed down 18 miles of well maintained dirt roads. Has a large yard & boat launch area with a dock. The perfect family trip for wildlife, kayaking, rafting, fishing, bird watching swimming and sitting by the fire. Home is off grid but has solar with auto generator power to provide all the amenities including WIFI.

Beautiful home on Wyman Lake

This large one bedroom two bath "camp" is located on Wyman Lake directly off Rt. 201, approximately 8 minutes north of Bingham. This is the perfect location to unwind and decompress. Your young kids and/or dog will agree. Enjoy all Wyman lake has to offer from your large private shoreline and dock. Roast marshmallows in the fire pit or try your hand at smoking meat on the pellet smoker and propane grill combo. Please note GPS is not reliable. You must use the directions provided after booking.

Also, the "Loft" with A/C above the garage (4th bedroom) is available for a separate fee. It has a queen bed plus twin day bed and a trundle sleeping up to 4 guests, no bathroom. Come hiking, biking, fishing, boating, ice fishing, snowmobiling, skiing, and enjoy other outdoor activities. The cabin has close access to ATV and snowmobile trails, the Appalachian Trail, and golf courses. The house was built in 2017 and sleeps 6 + comfortably.
