Little Greatfield is a character 2 bedroom cottage

Unique situation this detached cottage, with an EV charger, is within the Greatfield estate and has beautiful private gardens within a parkland setting. There is a private security gate for access. We are a short walk (5 mins) from Bucklers Hard village and Beaulieu River, where you will find the Master Builders hotel and pub, the Marina and the Maritime Museum. For the hotel restaurant advance booking is recommended. There is a lovely riverside walk to Beaulieu village ( 2.5 miles ).

‘Smugglers’ quirky hideaway

Smugglers was once an old stable attached to the back of our house. It’s still linked to the house, but is self contained. It’s unusual shapes and fixtures make it very quirky and would suit people that like something a bit different. There is a main double bed and a mezzanine deck ideal for relaxing on. The little kitchen allows you to stay in and cook for yourself if you fancy a cozy night in. The courtyard in front of smugglers can be used for bbq’s if the weather is kind!

Grants Cottage is a gorgeous, consistently 5-star-rated chocolate box thatched cottage in one of the Island's prettiest villages, and just under 10 minutes' drive from the beautiful sandy beaches of the west Wight. Situated in East Cowes. The house was part of the Osborne estate so we are situated right next to Osborne House, also a 2 minute drive or 20 minute walk from East Cowes Red Funnel. We are also on a main bus route to Newport or Ryde. There is private access & your own parking space.

You are welcome to bring your dog and walk from the front door in every direction to enjoy the West Wight. Step out of the back gate and onto the bridleway leading over the downs to our favourite place, Compton Bay.

Relax and enjoy your stay at this unique and tranquil getaway. 'Adventure Prospect' has recently been completely renovated and is steeped in military history. Formerly known as the "shifting house" it was first built in 1898-1899 to accommodate munitions workers changing into the special clothing that they wore when working on magazines. The cottage provides an ideal escape from everyday life and has direct access to the water.
