Easy to find. Great location for what we were in town for. So close to Kings Island (we weren't there for that), so it would be a phenomenal location for any visits there.

Great host, another great property that he owns. Only downside is the time of year, wish it was summer and the pool was open. Otherwise, great place to stay.

Lisa and Bobby were excellent hosts. They helped me feel at home, provided great recommendations and offered to personally show me around my new state. The check in was simple, rooms clean, and amenities well stocked. I appreciate the time and care they took to make the transition easier for me. Thank you!

This place was wonderful for our group! The kids needed space and they got it at this house! It was so nice to have MANY outdoor activities such as basketball courts, kayaking, a hot tub, scooters to roll around on, hiking path, and just lots of room everywhere! The house was great and provided the space we needed to eat, sleep, etc. We were impressed with everything. The showers got cold after awhile, but that is to be expected with that many people showering and doing some laundry. When we planned better, then it wasn’t a problem. The hosts were great to work with and responded right away whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, and I hope to stay there again when I bring a group to Kentucky in the future!

This is a beautiful quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The house was perfect for our family vacation. Would definitely stay again!!! Great host!!!

Booked this place for my sweetheart's birthday weekend. It caught our interest because it had a hot tub, but when we arrived we both realized the place had a certain charm. It reminded both of us of the family homes we used to visit, like grandparents or relatives. It felt like a home away from home. I've had previous stays where nightfall would make a place feel unfamiliar and foreign, but I felt completely at peace here. We had a heavy storm hit us, so our enjoyment with the hot tub was brief, but Joshua was prompt in communicating with us any time we had questions. He also included a complementary gift for her birthday that we both appreciated. We both agree that we would love to come back here one day and maybe even bring the kids with us next time. Wonderful experience all around!

I’ve stayed in a couple of Airbnb‘s downtown. Paul’s place is by far, the best so far. Excellent location, very clean and full of any amenities you might need. Paul was very responsive and extremely helpful with local recommendations. I consider myself very familiar with the downtown area and he was right on with our recommendation request. Location is perfect for anything you want to do downtown. Whether it’s a sporting event, nightlife or great restaurants you won’t be disappointed. Definitely looking forward to my next downtown adventure at Paul’s place.

Jennifer's place was exactly as described. It was the perfect location while I was in town visiting my daughter who attend Xavier University. close to the zoo, many restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood was quiet and I felt safe to walk every day.

We absolutely loved our stay at Molly’s place!! Very well priced, lots of fun games for the family that kept everyone busy when we were at the Airbnb, very clean and within a good distance from great attractions. We came to see the Ark Encounter, Creation Museum, and Newport Aquarium over a short spring break trip with our five kids! Loved being able to easily get to all we wanted to see! 5/5 stars!! If we are back in the area, we will be staying again!

Me and my husband have been wanting to do a little get away and help work on our marriage and out of all the homes I found like this I have to say this one has been by far the best one!! We had a blast. We will for sure love to stay again! She is very friendly. The house was very well put together and the room was fun and exciting. The basement was the my favorite !! The king size bed was so comfortable to sleep in and the shower was awesome! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

Judy is awesome! She always respond quick with any questions. She always make sure we feel comfortable and if need any help with something. If I return to this area, I will stay there again. If you need a place, trust me this is the place!

We had a wonderful stay at Renee’s home. The peaceful neighborhood was the perfect retreat after exploring Cincinnati’s hustle and bustle. The photos were spot-on, and the house was immaculate—we were impressed by how clean everything was. Renee is a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in our comfort. Her home was the perfect base for visiting our daughter at college, and we can’t wait to return next time we’re in town!

I had a great stay! The home is beautiful and very private despite being in a busy neighborhood. All of my favorites nearby (tickle pickle, sidewinder) are a very short walk! The home feels welcoming and everything I needed was provided. There’s a giant bathtub on the second floor that definitely aided in my quest for relaxation! The bed was comfortable and it was quiet in the home. The owners’ great photography was on display which is so personal and fun :) AND I believe I read in the guidebook that the other owner is a contractor and helped fix up the house which is very impressive. It was more than I expected even and I’ll definitely be back with my pup and my partner!

My fiancé and I recently stayed several nights and throughly enjoyed our visit. Aaron was helpful and responsive and always available when needed. The house was extremely comfortable and exactly as described. The neighborhood was peaceful with beautiful views of the river and easy access to Cincy. Furnishings were very nice from the room darkening curtains to the master bed and sleeper sofa. Great value! We will definitely be renting again in the future.

Our stay in Covington was great with our family. Our kids enjoyed the hottub, ping pong table, views, movies, rooms, etc. A wonderful place outside Cincinnati. Nick was a great communicator as well. We will be back

The backyard was great for the kids and dogs and the house was cozy with lots of room for guests.

The house had plenty of room and was super clean! The hosts were amazing and very responsive. They met our requests and we would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at this location! Comfortable and well accommodated, plus the hosts were so kind and flexible with our trip. The dogs enjoyed the yard and considered the grass to be a delicacy lol. It was snowy, but the back yard would be great for hanging out in the right weather!

Enjoyed our stay at Ellen’s property. We were here for a basketball tournament. It was perfect for our crew and senior dog. Very clean, well maintained home. It had all we needed. Ellen was kind enough to grant us a late checkout when our game was pushed back.

One of my previous bookings got cancelled last minute due to floods, and I needed a place quick. Lucia's spot was good for my needs, it's in a relatively quiet area, and the neighbours were extra friendly when I went for walks. It's a 10-min drive away from anything you may need in Florence, and Lucia was very responsive and accommodating. We had a great time there.

The house was well designed and decorated beautifully. Jennifer was very available to answer any questions we may have had. Her instructions for check in and check out were simple to follow and complete. It was a quiet neighborhood with easy access to anything we needed. I would highly recommend! Thank you Jennifer!
