Goldcrest Lodge Wadhurst

Goldcrest Lodge is a peaceful hideaway within secluded woods on the 140 acre historic estate of Wadhurst Castle. Located down a private drive and situated in a beautiful setting with glorious views, Sandbanks provides very comfortable and attractive holiday accommodation in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The perfect location for exploring gardens, vineyards and National Trust properties. Robertsbridge and Brightling are within 2.4 miles and Bodiam Castle just over 4 miles. The historic town of Battle is 3 miles away and the coast just 9 miles. This is a perfect setting for your country holiday.

Escape to the Sea

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

The Bubble, which works on a slightly over pressurised system where the air continuously refills the tent is set up on an old working farm. Its the ultimate experience of nature and total comfort. Guests can fully enjoy the peaceful surroundings and wonderful open farmland. Sit back in your very own private hot tub and enjoy the view of the rolling fields. One of the most peaceful and relaxing places you will ever stay. With underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove you will be cosy whatever the weather.

Old Smock Windmill in rural Kent

Old Smock Mill is a romantic place for couples. The atmosphere inside is peaceful and relaxing. Everything is designed to unwind you from the moment you walk in. It is surrounded by the lovely Kent countryside where you can ramble and refresh yourselves by perhaps ending the day in one of the great pubs cosy by a log fire in Winter or in Summer in an English garden. Guests have said how hard it is to tear themselves away, it truly is a treasure to find.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
