All checks are met, Naddhawud was super communicative and sent us many helpful local recommendations. The host was super velcoming and the place was exactly how described and in photos. Area is super chill and quiet, very nice stay.

My family had a wonderful weeks stay. Host was very responsive and allowed us to check in early after 24hrs of travelling ! We were very grateful. Great location which although was in the town was very quiet, which meant there were lots of places to eat and temples near by. We had a car so saw lots of Chiang Mai and the villa was a nice place to relax in after a hot busy day. Bedrooms were a great size. As others have said floors are slippery now and again but we got used to them. Great having a pool and a washing machine too! Overall a great stay! Thank you x

사진보다 실제가 훨씬 더 넓고 좋았습니다 호스트인 Bo씨도 정말 친절하게 정말 잘 대해주셨어요 치앙마이는 처음이고 대가족으로 가는거라 숙소가 이상하면 어쩌나 걱정했는데 완전 대만족입니다 주변에 레스토랑이나 슈퍼 편의점 같은것들도 다 가깝고 안전한 장소였던거같아요 대가족이나 인원이 많다면 꼭 추천합니다!

很高兴认识了房东Roxy小姐姐，一个非常高能量的女孩。会给我们介绍周边游玩行程，好吃的米其林餐厅，灵验的佛寺，哈哈哈。 房屋古色古香，正是我喜欢和期待的模样！房子里有很多很多roxy从全球各地旅游后淘宝回来的古董，看得出来她对房子倾注了很大的心血，是个热爱生活的女孩！这个房子的能量场和磁场都很滋养人。大爱呀！

오래 전의 부잣집 저택에 머무는 느낌이었어요. 집도 마당도 매우 넓어요. 사진으로 보는 것보다 표현되지 않은 부분이 많아요. 날이 흐리거나 어두울 때 조명을 켜놓고 찍은 사진이 많지만 실제로는 꽤 밝은 집이에요. 창문이 매우 많거든요. 창문과 문마다 이중 커튼과 방충망이 다 있어요. 마당이 매우 넓고 잠글 수 있는 뒷마당도 있어요. 별채나 창고나 마굿간 같은 건 아니었을까 싶은 건물들도 많고 별도의 주방이 또 있는데 마당에도 야외주방이 오픈 바 형태로 또 있어요. 사진은 이전 사진인지 살림살이가 덜 채워졌을 때 사진 같고 마당에 평상도 있어 누워 쉴 수 있고 내부 주방 옆에 홈바가 또 있는데 음료 먹을 수 있게 컵 등이 풍부하게 있어요. 대형 빨래 건조대를 놓을 수 있는 공간이 너무 많고요. 야외에 물이 나오는 곳도 아주 많아요. 마당에 심지어 화장실이 남자 여자 두 칸씩 있고요. 베란다도 여러개 있고요. 2층도 거실이 넓어요. 작은 텃밭에서 고추가 자라고 있어요. 사진에서 보던 것보다 소품 하나 하나가 고급지고 색도 비비드하고 예뻐요. 공간 공간마다 주인의 손길과 고심해서 고른 패브릭과 소품과 컬렉션으로 채워져 있어요. 부잣집 마담만이 소비해볼 수 있는 고풍스러운 취향의 살림을 구경하는 재미랄까요. 그리고 집에 생화가 가득 가득해서 놀랐어요. 집에 이렇게 많은 화분에 이 많은 생화라니. 물론 조화나 드라이 플라워도 있지만 진짜 생화가 많아서 놀랐답니다. 마당도 예쁜 꽃들이 가득해요. 심지어 매일 새벽에 마당에 있는 꽃에 물 주러 오시더라고요. 마당에서 담장 넘어간 꽃나무는 지나가는 여자들이 얼마나 많이들 서서 사진을 찍고 있는지 몰라요. 대문 나갈 때마다 누군가는 꽃을 찍고 있었어요. 오래 전 구옥이라 문 열고 잠그는 방식이 낯설어서 재미가 있어요. 계단도 나무 소리가 나는 게 재미있고요. 과거 부잣집 집 구조 보고 싶으신 분은 이 문 저 문 가보면서 좋아하실 것 같아요. 2층 수압은 약하고 헤어드라이기는 챙겨오세요. 아 집 위치는 끝내줍니다.

We loved staying in this beautiful home. So comfortable! Kuhn Seua is a wonderful host. We highly recommend his place!

Wonderful stay in Ake’s place! The surrounding is beautiful, with a night safari right next to the place and greenery all around. The host owns a lovely dog called Boon, super adorable and friendly. The host is welcoming as well as the neighbors! So many nice places were introduced, while the cafe and bbq around is also amazing. Definitely should stay if you love nature, animal and lovely people :)

WOW 😍 We had really great time there for all total 6 days. From the beginning of warm welcome, very responsible host, comfortable bedding… can’t be more. We will definitely come back. Thank you 🙏

The villa is stunning! We spent two weeks there and didn't want to leave. It looks exactly like the photos and is even more breathtaking in person. All bedrooms have their private bathrooms, which were meticulously clean. The outdoor area is also very cozy, with a private pool cleaned regularly throughout the stay. You can reach the city center via a 10-minute drive. The villa is located in a brand new neighbourhood which can be hard to find by some drivers. But the hosts gave us photo instructions that really helped. The area is very quiet and private, great for relaxation. The hosts were so nice and responsive. They left fruits and water for us, they sent us recommendations for the festive days in Chiang Mai, and they also gave us extra towels when we asked.

Great secluded spot just outside old town so very walkable. Lucy was fantastic- property manager that met our every needs. Nice for families all in one spot with private pool!

This Airbnb was so beautiful and a great stay for our group of 8 people. Definitely 5/5 stars and just an aesthetic place. Just a few things to note if visiting: the frogs at night are very loud, especially more so in the rooms closest to the living room but ear plugs and playing rain noise on our phones helped a lot. There is a rooster next door as well, but we didn’t totally mind an early wake up. Lastly, the pool is absolutely incredible but when the ground around it gets wet, it is dangerously slippery - just something to note if elderly or children will be visiting. We were just extra careful. I still think this place deserves a 5/5 though bc they are all manageable things and out of their control. It was also exceptional because they allowed for a late check out due to half of our group getting food poisoning and we appreciated that more than anything.

Our stay at this villa in Chiang Mai was simply perfect! The house is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with every comfort you could need for a relaxing and carefree vacation. But what truly made the difference was the host: always available, incredibly kind, and extremely helpful in organizing excursions and activities to explore the amazing surroundings. Thanks to their support, we had unforgettable and authentic experiences. Highly recommended!

A very beautiful villa with spacious and bright rooms. The kitchen appliances are complete. The swimming pool is very clean. I spent a pleasant time with my friends there.

地理位置非常好，在宁曼一号对面，附近就是maya商场，出门逛街方便，吃饭也方便，尤其夸赞的是别墅属于闹中取静，这一点非常好，就是离机场近会有点飞机声，不过夜里应该是没有航班，就还好！

Stayed here a few times when travelling with friends to Chiangmai. Right next door to One Nimman so incredibly convenient to walk to restaurants, cafes, shops and bars in the Nimman area. Well equipped house with a pool. 4 en-suite bedrooms upstairs. A real oasis.

非常感谢jay，这几天像家人一般的陪伴，对我的所有问题都响应迅速，并妥善处理，包括帮我去取快递哈哈。再说说这栋房子，我们一行人都非常满意，大草坪可以让孩子肆意奔跑，清澈的泳池工作人员每日都在打理，让我非常放心让孩子们玩耍，还有厨房和客厅所有的零食、饮品、红酒都是免费品尝的，真的太震撼了！洗衣机、微波炉、灶台、厨具、餐具（包括筷子），应有尽有。细节满满到让人感动。孩子们淘气玩坏了窗帘，工作人员修理好后也没有为难我们。我们还会再回来玩的，非常期待和jay的下次相见。❤️

Hank's villa has a great location, close to lots of restaurants. The villa is very clean, great layout for larger groups. Hank was very kind and accommodating, flexible with check in times. Pool was very big and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing place a little outside of Chiang Mai town. After arrival you will be amazed by the hotel like entrance, restaurant on side and pool area with scenic mountains on the back. But there are only 3 bungalows so everything is very private. Host is very friendly and has great recommendations what to do and where to go. There is a fridge with craft beer next to the pool which you can take anytime and just tell the host what you got and pay once you check out. Restaurant was unfortunately closed as we stayed on a Monday but got very good reviews on google so I’m quite sure it will be good and a pity we couldn’t try. The design of the garden blends very well with the nature and the space is actually huge. There is even a pond at the back of the property with quite a nice amount of rare birds to be seen..... recommend if your are a birder. Overall we had a fantastic stay and we’ll be back for sure

เพิ่งมีโอกาสได้เชียงใหม่ เลือกพักบ้านหลังนี้ เพราะมีถึง 9ห้องแบ่งกันนอนกะเพื่อนๆ สบาย อยู่ไม่ไกลจากเซ็นทรัลเฟสฯ เชียงใหม่ เดินทางสะดวก ถ้ามีรถยิ่งสบายเลย ตัวบ้านค่อนข้างกว้าง มีพื้นที่ส่วนกลางเยอะ ทั้งโซนนั่งเล่น ห้องครัว และสระว่ายน้ำ น้ำสะอาด ขนาดกำลังดี อุปกรณ์ครัวค่อนข้างครบ มีจานชาม หม้อ กระทะ เตาไมโครเวฟ เตาอบ ตู้เย็น ห้องนอนแต่ละห้องมีแอร์ แยกเป็นสัดส่วนดี ในห้องมีห้องน้ำในตัวทุกห้อง สิ่งที่ชอบคือเจ้าของดูแลดี ตอบแชทไว ให้ข้อมูลครบถ้วน โดยรวมถือว่าคุ้มมาก เหมาะกับการมาพักเป็นกลุ่มใหญ่ สังสรรค์ ปิ้งย่าง ทำอาหารกันเอง ถ้ามีโอกาสน่าจะกลับมาอีก

Wir waren begeistert. Alles hat gepasst in der Unterkunft . Unsere Gastgeberin hat schnell auf Fragen geantwortet und uns ein sehr gutes Restaurant empfohlen ganz in der Nähe von Haus das ist spitze. Auch bei Fragen zum mieten eines Autos hat sie Unterstützung gegeben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Gastgeberin und das Haus jedem empfehlen der nach Chang Mai reist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können nur sagen danke für unser erstes Mal in Chang Mai.
