This is a fantastic spot to stay while exploring the greater Bangkok area. It is quiet and peaceful. The hosts were professional and attentive. Overall strongly recommended. If I have the opportunity again; I would like to stay there again. I personally drove a car; however, there are public transportation options available to get to this location, highly convenient.

The place was exactly how it was shown in the photos. The staff was very helpful and polite. It’s a short walk from the main road which has lot of street food and local shops. It is 20mins from most of the places that I wanted to visit in Bangkok. Overall I had a great stay.

The host was super nice, very responsive. We have an issue with small insects that she never experienced before, but she tried everything to fix this for us and check back with us every day. The house was nice, organized and clean without clutters. Ee enjoyed birds, fish and fruits from trees grown on her yard. mangoes were so sweet. I will definitely come back again to stay at this house next time, I visit Thailand.

The house was a bit hidden in an alley and took a bit to find it but, the host was very helpful. As soon as we entered the home we noticed how clean and beautiful it was. I definitely recommend this house if you have many people accompanying you. It is very spacious and there’s lots to do.

It was a great spot and the apartment stood way beyond our expectations. Clean, organised, all appliances needed for a short and comfortable stay. Surprisingly even the minute of details like keeping hand sanitiser, corona swabs test swabs, first aid kits, extra pillows, sufficient tissues, all in all kept for the guests to use! The location is convenient and walkable distance to metro station and they also provide free buggy ride to the station. 7 11 store available all round the clock right inside the apartment complex was a boom. Mini shops, massage parlours all are seen within the complex.

Die Unterkunft und vor allem der Ausblick ist der Wahnsinn! Wanlop ist extrem freundlich und antwortet sofort auf Nachrichten, wenn man Hilfe benötigt. In der Nähe ist alles was man braucht, im Ergeschoss befindet sich ein 7 11 und direkt neben dem Gebäude ist ein Food Market. Ich würde die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen!

Confort Condo perfect for who looking for a quite place in Bangkok.

Very convenient location. Lots of local food shops around, right at the location. 7-11 and choices of laundry shop are right at the condo. The host is friendly and very responsive and supportive.

Had an amazing and peaceful stay at Ake's. Very proactive in providing local recos. The purple line is super accessible and the fresh market is just around 10 mins by foot. 7/11 is available all the time in case you forgot anything! Laundry shops available downstairs with a machine readily available to change your paper bills to coins. Food stalls are available too! Place is near the Bang Sue Grand Terminal so if you're planning to DIY your trips like Hua Hin or Ayutthaya, it's definitely doable. You get what you paid for :) Would definitely recommend Ake's place to my friends who are looking for a budget friendly place to stay.

Kerry is a great host who always responds to our messages. His place is very suitable for a family and we felt right at home. The neighborhood is great— very safe and peaceful. We definitely had a lovely stay!

Расположение хорошее. Рядом с домом есть магазины, кофейни, бары, парк и даже массажный салон. В 10 минутах ходьбы — местный рынок, где можно попробовать национальную кухню. Метро находится близко, что очень удобно для передвижения по городу. Проживание было комфортным в комнате было всё необходимое: удобная кровать, рабочее место, телевизор. Кухня оборудована всем для самостоятельного приготовления еды. На территории есть бассейн и тренажерный зал, что стало приятным бонусом. Недостатки: К сожалению, в комнате были тараканы, что немного испортило впечатление.
