Muhereza og Mama Floyds værtskab kan ikke andet end anbefales til det yderste! De sødeste imødekommende mennesker med deres to vidunderlige sønner får en til at føle sig tilpas og hjemme. Området er billedskønt ud til Bunyonyi-søen, hvor man kan fange krebs og sejle i kano. Man kan tage med til kirketjeneste om søndagen og opleve den lokale kultur og fællesskab som er så unik for Kabale og Uganda:) hyggelig hytte og udendørs køkken gør det muligt selv at lave mad og få privatliv. En motorcykel- el. Bådtur gør det muligt at handle ind i byen, og derfor er beliggenheden god. Der er både fred og ro samt muligt at komme dertil og fra. Kan varmt anbefales herfra🌴🌊🛖

Alberto is a great host and the Green Villa is exactly as described. The rooms are tastefully decorated, the beds are comfortable, and there is a fully equipped kitchen. The Green Villa is located in the safest area of Musanze, within walking distance of restaurants and coffee shops. It’s an ideal base for exploring the nearby Volcanoes National Park. We were a group of friends but the large garden and trampoline make it a perfect choice also for families with children! We highly recommend the Green Villa for anyone visiting Musanze!

Wir haben drei Nächte in der Unterkunft von Munezero verbracht und unser Aufenthalt war genau so wie wir ihn uns vorgestellt haben. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist unschlagbar, in 10 Minuten Fahrtzeit ist man an der Rezeption des Volcanoes Nationalpark und in weniger als 5 Minuten beim Dian Fossey Center. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr Basic, aber vollkommen ausreichend für einfaches Kochen. Die Auswahl der Möbel und Accessoires ist liebevoll, das Bett ist sehr gemütlich! Unschlagbar ist der Blick in den weitläufigen Garten! Munezero ist eine fürsorgliche und bemühte Gastgeberin - dieser Ort ist sehr empfehlenswert!!

Pros: Very beautiful location with volcano views. Host was responsive and the rooms were comfortable. Cons: - difficult to locate and hard access after rains - no mosquito nets - a little awkward to stay in a nice cottage at the top of the hill with running water and electricity when the surrounding village is without

This is a really perfect spot if you want to check out Volcanoes National Park without breaking the bank. There can be a real lack of affordable accommodation for tourists in the area and this, as a two-bedroom house with small communal room and secure parking, is absolutely perfect. Saved us a fortune, and it was nice to get back from a rainy day's trekking and have that space to unwind in. Janvier and Anne-Marie really went out of their way, even helping us to order take-out from a local restaurant when we didn't feel like going out. They helped explain the route to the park entrance as we were off to see the golden monkeys. And there were lots of little touches in the house, like biscuits, a hairdryer, shampoo - anything you might have forgotten to bring. They were also very flexible about check out. Really so glad we decided to give it a try, and planning to go back as it's just down the road from Crema coffee shop which is the pick-up spot for canoeing Mukungwa River.

Christian was excellent in his communication and responded to my requests very quickly! Jackline, his manager, was so lovely, kind, helpful, fun! She made sure I was well taken care of, came to say hello daily, was a real bonus to my stay! The place is beautiful, well built, thoughtfully decorated, very clean and far away from the noisey center. And the air was much fresher, not stinky from car fumes! There are lovely gardens and beautiful little birds. And the raised Pavillion was amazing, allowing one to view the surrounding countryside and volcanoes in the distance. Highly recommend this lovely place!

My wife and I had an incredible stay during our honeymoon on Lake Bunyoni -- absolutely beautiful surroundings -- there's a circle hut lodge with two large beds and that is very secure -- opens to large front and wraparound deck that overlooks Lake Bunyoni up high from the water -- very peaceful and tranquil and we had the pleasure of seeing several Crested Cranes perched out in front, there's a short grassy area in between the lodge and the lounge area -- where there's an open but covered pavilion that has an enclosed and attached kitchen -- kitchen is rustic but has everything you need to cook with -- stove, pots and pans, utensils, coffee makers -- bring all needed food supplies, spices, butter, etc with you -- staff is always near by if you need anything and they will check in on you frequently -- Josia, Amon, and the others were all awesome ! We mostly relaxed but did do a brief canoe ride (good workout) and took the hike to the blacksmith !! Host always helpful and responsive !!

We really loved Bertrand's place - it was comfortable and felt like a real home. It was a perfect jumping off point for adventures around Volcanoes National Park. Thanks again!

No words to discribe Aheza. The house, the service, the place with the view of the volconoes just from the front porch, all was great. The service provided by Harriet and her team (William, Vestina and Robert) was top notch. If you want to have a great stay, this is the place to be.
