1910 craftsman in the heart of the Mississippi district, Portland. Walking distance to bars and restaurants and only two blocks from the Max light rail. Basement apartment is brand new and includes sauna, digital projector, a pull down screen, queen sized Murphy bed, washer/dryer, dishwasher and full kitchen. Secure & private access is through two locked doors from the side of the house. Our small family of three plus a cat live upstairs. Perfect private getaway or weekend adventure.

It includes a large living space with a comfortable bed , and full bathtub. The house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood located in one of the most desirable areas in Portland. Grant Park/Hollywood is sought after for story book streets and convenience to shop & dining in Beaumont Village. Just a 4 min walk to Whole Foods Bus stop,7 mins to Hollywood theatre.

Quiet neighborhood in the city. This centrally-located home in Mt. Tabor has a beautiful backyard oasis designed for relaxing. Pet-friendly with a fenced yard and lots of amenities. Stocked kitchen for a foodie with extras like an ice cream maker, air fryer and panini press. Full, lower level laundry. King suite in the master and kids’ room with games and toys. Local art displayed. Short walk to restaurant and parks. We remove the outdoor theater screen in mid-September for the cold season.

After exploring, return to RCH for time in the swim spa, gym, outdoor kitchen, or relax by the gas fire pit to end your day!

Mid-century 2-bedroom/1 bathroom in Victorian farmhouse (full lower level) offers modern convenience in adorable historic Portland neighborhood. Enjoy our open living room that doubles as a home theater, relax in deluxe shower, shop boutique stores, bars, great restaurants, and desserts (Lauretta Jeans pie shop, Blue Star Donuts and Salt and Straw ice cream) on Division Street. Richmond is the best of SE Portland, walkable to Hawthorne and bikeable to downtown.

The Canopy Loft is a sun filled, second story studio designed and built by my husband and I to be a cozy home away from home. The window views are full of foliage making you feel like you're up in the trees, hence the name. Our neighborhood is quiet and calm, and we are walking distance from downtown St Johns as well as many parks. The studio can also be turned into your own personal movie theater!
