Nice stay for a weekend getaway from Mumbai. Quaint place if you just want to chill away from the city's hustle.

I was looking for a short getaway which was near Bombay as a surprise for my partners birthday. The staff members were warm and welcoming, took a stroll around the beautiful property filled with birds and bonsai trees. If you’re an animal lover then this place is for you, there’s ducks, cows, goats, rabbits, a horse named Badal, a mischievous dog named Carbon and the show stopper - lockdown (the most friendly doggo you could possibly encounter). The food was fresh and tasty (try out their wood fire pizza’s) and the room was extremely clean. It’s safe to say this trip was a success and Shiv was a delight to talk too as well. Will definitely be revisiting soon.

Loved the stay at TMF. We booked the biggest room Parijat and the interiors, design and aesthetics were breath taking. The staff is very courteous and the food is amazing and homely. The amenities are great too. Certain parts of the property is still under construction. Would love to visit again once it's done!

I can only recommend staying at Anisha‘s Place. I was looking for some calm after having stayed in Mumbai for some days and that was exactly what I got! It is very professionally run place, staff reached out to me proactively and were always more than helpful - thank you Pooja, for the great communication as well as helping with transport and letting me stay a bit longer. The food was delicious and made available at my convenience, even though it was fully booked. I also appreciate the sustainability measures they take, not only in terms of ecological but also social, eg. having a shared tip box to ensure an equal distribution. I also had a wonderful massage, privately arranged in my room. I would always go back there when I get the chance.

The place is stunning and beautiful. The Swimming Pool is well big enough. The food was yummy and worth tasty Thanks to the host for being friendly and supportive

We had a great time staying in this property. Everything was very nice including food. I want to highlight food especially as it was really customised, we got whatever we asked for and very tasty. The care taker was very nice and calm & co-operative. Owner and his wife were very responsive & helpful. However there are certain things i want to highlight— 1. Road which leads to villa was very rough, was afraid of car tyre puncture . 2. Water was getting clogged in washroom which was bit annoying as whenever one enters washroom there was water clogging. However, care taker also helped in that but still issue is there. 3. I was expecting TV as it was mentioned in airbnb amenities section, which was not there, little bit disappointing.

The rooms are inviting and well-maintained, perfect for a comfortable retreat. The pool is spacious and clean, and the rain dance setup adds a fun, unique twist to the experience. Wonderful Stay!

My husband and I booked this place so that our 2 dogs could swim in the lake nearby. They were also allowed to be off leash on the property. Pratibha and her husband are wonderful hosts who welcomed all 4 of us and made sure that we were very well taken care of! The food here is absolutely amazing, home-cooked and is served with love. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back :)

Overall had a great experience, the location of the property is just perfect for a weekend get away, the host was good, and the care taker Kashi was very friendly and provided great service.

I had an amazing solo stay at this property in Karjat. The staff's care made it memorable, and the diverse food options, including personalized dishes, were a delight. The decor matched the pictures – clean, organized, and inviting. There are numerous relaxing spots in the farm, perfect for remote work. A minimum two-day stay is recommended to fully enjoy the property. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the fixed menu caters to all tastes. Just a few hours from Mumbai, it's undoubtedly one of the best places in Karjat. I'll be returning with my family. Kudos to the team! 👍

Went with my parents and it was the best decision ever. The rooms are large spacious and so pleasing to the eyes. The caretaker and the cook were so gracious. The food was fab. We woke up to the sound of birds and lounged in the sitout. Easy to go to the beach and so easy to source food(Kiikis is a neighbour). We will be back for sure..! Thank u so much for making my moms 80th so special
