This was a great place for our large family to stay together. Plenty of space for everyone to have privacy and lots of common area for us to play games.

Patrick was as an awesome host as his home was amazing! Very comfortable pristine place. The neighborhood is also great and family friendly. A park is within a short walking distance. Also, they were quick to respond to the need of some additional amenities. Having the co-host next door made it feel like a 4 star resort. Highly recommend this home!

LOVED our stay—so close to my daughter’s dorm! The house was cozy and comfortable and well-stocked. We even enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage. I would definitely stay here again.

Family needed a place for my college graduation and I am blessed that we were able to stay at Robins. They loved and enjoyed their stay, the house had everything we needed and had plenty of space for us all. The neighborhood was safe and nice as well. No complaints I highly recommend!

Gem on Pearl was just what we needed for our stay. Location was great for walking to some good local restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. We were happy being able to bring our dogs. We appreciated the personal message on the black board regarding the reason for our stay. We will definitely be using again for our next visit. Nice and close to Ball State. Bed was cozy. Coffee available. Kitchen is well equipped if you wanted to cook. Living room spacious and comfy. Good water pressure in shower. Clear instructions. Have stayed before and would definitely stay again.

This was exactly as promoted. It was ultra clean and fresh and beautifully decorated. We’ve traveled quite a bit in our 38 years of marriage and have become pretty good at distinguishing lodging to fit our needs and wants. I knew when I found this spot that it was exactly what I was looking for and we were not disappointed. Kevin and Janel added a couple of personal touches specific to us as we had mentioned it was our anniversary. Very sweet and much appreciated! We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful stay with any cuisine available within a short distance - although we also enjoyed the use of the kitchen with all the conveniences and necessary tools for cooking a nice meal. We will visit again - this is a keeper!

The place was as described, looks just like the photos. It was clean. Deborah and Matt were responsive hosts. Plenty of street parking available. The shower is a little small, but the water pressure and temperature is good. Good rental for a solo traveler or a couple.

Dawns place was Amazing! We felt at home from the moment we stepped in the door. Dawn was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Her place was extremely clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was beautiful; quiet and felt very safe to walk around day or night. We loved it!

Definitely recommend! Rod was very welcoming and responsive. The condo was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Definitely recommend if you are needing a place to stay in New Castle!

very private and quiet makes for a peaceful get away!

Unit was very clean and comfortable. Was perfect for a stay away from home, it had everything I needed. Would 100% stay again.

As a travel nurse is nice to find a place that is both nice and priced well. Wonderful place. will be booking again
