Seabreeze is on the water and you can swim right below the flat. A view of Ortigia, only 20 min by foot. The only noise you hear are the waves. Early birds will enjoy beautiful sunrises or relax after a day of sightseeing on the balcony sipping an aperitivo. Art and culture, bars, restaurants and a supermarket are just a short distance by foot. You’ll love the place because of the views, the ambiance, the location, and the balcony. Delizioso appartamento, appena ristrutturato interamente!! Situato a due passi da Ortigia, si trova accanto alla basilica di S. Lucia, e vicino alle catacombe di San Giovanni, al Santuario e teatro greco, raggiungibili tranquillamente a piedi. L'appartamento è anche a 400 metri dal mare. Il sito è composto da camera da letto, ampio soggiorno con due divani letto, cucina bagno e ampio cortiletto privato, dove potersi rilassare. Vi sono a disposizione due bici. Wi-Fi.
