Each with a fire pit, hammock, and a grilling station, along with fully stocked kitchens. There is beach access with beach towels provided. All cabins can sleep 4 guests and each house can sleep 8 guests. Bed arrangements vary depending on the unit. Parking is limited. Originally built in 1940 as a double camping lodge with a shared bath between them, The Loft is one of those, with a home addition added on in the 1960's. When I remodeled the home I created the modern version of a one room camping lodge with a bathroom and loft sleeping area. The home is full of character and some quarks but rest assured it is absolutely comfortable, cozy and efficiently set up for your stay.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Relax on the front porch, take a short walk to either muskegon lake or the big lake - Lake Michigan herself. The cottage boasts 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom on first floor and 1/2 bath on the 2nd floor. The backyard is partially fenced in, with an outdoor shower, fire pit and chairs. Within .4 miles are the two lakes, the famed Pere Marquette Beach and The Deck restaurant and bar which overlooks Lake Michigan.

Our charming bungalow is located walking distance from downtown Muskegon and Muskegon Lake. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood setting while being close to all of the action that downtown has to offer. Breweries, restaurants, shopping, and the farmers market all await. If downtown isn’t your scene, the bungalow is a quick drive to Pere Marquette beach on the shores of Lake Michigan. Large, uncrowded stretches of sandy beach are the perfect place for a relaxing day in the sun.
