Nestled in the village of Brongest in the Ceredigion countryside, perfectly set for all day sun, porthfach is a real gem. Feel relaxed as soon as you enter the light filled old post office, fully renovated with open plan lounge with dinning area and wood burning stove, separate bedroom, fully furnished kitchen, power shower and separate loo. There is access to your own private garden from the lounge which is fully fenced for dog safety your own private parking to the side of the cottage.

Y Caban Pren - Cosy cabin with panoramic views

Y Caban Pren is located within a six acre property, three miles from Cardigan. It is set in a peaceful, rural landscape with far-reaching views from the site. The owners live in the adjacent farmhouse. The accommodation is self-contained, and is constructed to a very high standard, with thick insulation, electric heating and double glazing to all rooms. It is comfortably fitted out with neutral colours. In front of the cabin there is a garden area with table, chairs and raised beds.

The family room has a large sofa bed, log fire. WiFi, TV & DVD, kitchenette and dining area; The king bedroom has a shower en-suite and doors opening to the patio garden and decking with summer house. The annex is self-contained, but is part of our family home. Ample free parking is available.

The Stable at Bryn Farm is perfectly placed to explore the all Wales coastal path and beaches of Cardigan Bay. Enjoy walking the public footpaths on our working farm, viewing nature and wildlife up close, whilst making your way to the hamlet of Gwbert, or the spectacular sandy beach at Mwnt. The market town of Cardigan, with its chic cafés, and Poppit with its acres of golden sands is a five minute drive. Relax on our patio, enjoying our peaceful locality.

If that wasn't enough, it is also on the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, just a stones throw from one of the country's finest beaches! The Stowaway is located on the cliff in the beautiful fishing village of New Quay, right on the coastal path. Along with the spectacular sea views guests can enjoy relaxing on their private balcony whilst watching the dolphins play. Why not fire up the bbq provided for al fresco dining! With only a 5 minute stroll to the harbour and beaches guests can enjoy a variety of activities including wildlife boat tours, watersports and lovely reastaurants and pubs.
