La casa è nella piazza più antica di Orvieto, San Giovenale con la stupenda chiesa romanica del XI secolo. Una Loggetta con vista mozzafiato sulla valle del paglia da dove scopre l'Amiata , il Monte Cetona ed il Monte Peglia. Il mio alloggio è situato nel cuore del centro storico di Narni, in una posizione perfetta per visitare a piedi tutta la città; dista pochi metri da un ascensore che porta ad un parcheggio pubblico gratuito. A soli due passi si trova ottocentesco teatro comunale. L' appartamento è situato al 2 piano di un caratteristico edificio in pietra. E' adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari e famiglie. Dalla camera da letto si può ammirare una splendida vista sulla Rocca Albornoz del XIV secolo.

Villa boutique immersa nel bosco all’interno del Parco dei Cimini alle pendici del Monte Cimino (800 m. s.l.m) L'immobile è grande circa 450mq ed è circondato da circa 1,5 ettari di giardino/pineta. La villa è dotata di una sauna e un hot tube a legna privata nel bosco. Una casa progettata da uno dei migliori architetti del centro Italia ed è sapientemente arredata.
