By the beach of Nea Iraklia, Chalkidiki you will find the apartment of Ms. Xanthippi located only 20 meters form the coast, above the fish tavern “Ta Kymata”. Surrounded by trees, with a spectacular view over the sea from the balcony and a garden at the back side. The apartment is equipped with all facilities: beds with anatomic mattresses, closets, 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, hot water, a/c and wi-fi internet. Clean sheets and towels are also available.

Breathtaking view on the cliff edge

Fully renovated apartment which is located between Epanomi and Nea Iraklia. It is about 40km away from Thessaloniki and the airport. It is easily accessible by car. There's also public transport, though I wouldn't recommend it. The flat is on the 2nd floor with amazing view! You can watch the sun setting right behind the mountain of Olympus! There are beach bars about 2km away but if you don't like the crowded places, the little beach just below the apartment will satifsy your needs!

You will enjoy the view of Olympus mountain, the sea and the sunset! A super comfy bed, a cozy sofa bed for two, a beautifully designed space with a jacuzzi, a huge balcony, an amazing garden and barbecue, safe parking, are some of the amenities. Epanomi is very closed to Thessaliniki and Makedonia airport!
