In a separate building from the main house, the studio is private, fully equipped, freshly painted (April 2026) and super clean. There is great coffee, teas, homemade granola, reliable wifi, and internet TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini fridge, 2-burner stove and everything you need to make a light meal. The double bed with a pillow-top is comfortable. Centrally located, Westboro has great restaurants, cafes, and shops. Public transport is a five minute walk. Everyone is welcome here.

Guests have use of the yard/deck. Easily access Ottawa/Gatineau, then come home to Westboro and slide into the neighbourhood vibe.

Recharge by the Rideau River! This airy and spacious 2 bedroom unit is only steps away from the river and an adjacent park, but still close to all the culture & entertainment downtown. Ideally situated on a quiet street, it's close to OCTranspo stations as well as various bus routes, and just a 5-min stroll to local shopping, the Canal and Lansdowne Park. Perfect for couples or families, Riverside Haven is a serene retreat that gives you quick access to everything that Ottawa has going on.

Private Studio, with no direct interaction with the hosts. About 15 minutes from Gatineau and 20 minutes from Ottawa by car. For an additional fee (and subject to availability), you may access the spa, sauna, and cold plunge pool. A lunchbox breakfast is included. Perfect for workers or tourists. We have 2 dogs and a cat (they do not have access to the studio). The studio is independent, yet attached to the house, and we ask visitors to maintain an appropriate noise level during their stay.

NOTE: not suitable for children. Adults only. My house is conveniently close to the highway in west Ottawa. Driving to Downtown Ottawa takes 10 minutes. The room is on the Second floor. Access to shared living space, backyard, and own bathroom. Lovely walk using 2 bike trails: north on Clyde ave to Experiment Farm bike trail and south on Clyde ave through Ottawa Central Park up to shopping on Merivale Avenue, drink at Starbucks, St-Louis, Burger restaurants, Thai Express or many more.
