La Casa si trova nel centro storico di Colonnella, a pochi km dalle spiagge bandiere blu di Alba Adriatica, Tortoreto , Giulianova, San Benedetto del Tronto e a 26 Km da Ascoli Piceno. Completamente ristrutturata con spettacolare vista panoramica e grande terrazza affacciata sul Mar Adriatico. L'appartamento è composto da una camera con letto matrimoniale, un bagno ed un soggiorno con angolo cucina e divano letto matrimoniale. A pochi passi sono presenti bar, vinerie, ristoranti e supermercati.

Benvenuti! Ci troviamo in una zona tranquilla nei pressi di Nereto, tra le colline abruzzesi. Il nostro appartamento può ospitare da 1 a 5 persone. Se amate il mare, troverete diverse località balneari a pochi km, come Alba Adriatica e Tortoreto Lido (bandiere blu 2022). La centralità del nostro paese vi permetterà di visitare, oltre alle località costiere, alcuni tra i Borghi più belli d'Italia, passeggiare tra i nostri campi di ulivi o fare tour in bicicletta ed escursioni! Angolo di paradiso - Alpaca village natura e relax

Casa colonica tipica marchigiana disposta su due piani con favolosa pergola che da sul giardino. La casa si trova a 1 km dal centro del paese. Immersa nella campagna marchigiana, la casa è situata a pochi metri dal fiume Tronto e confinante con la pista ciclabile che collega S.Benedetto.Non avendo case nelle strette vicinanze, la casa permette di godere pienamente del proprio soggiorno in assoluta libertà(anche con musica fino a tarda notte). Disponibile l’uso di un barbecue e forno a legna.

Across the valley of the Saline River you will see the vineyard of San Lorenzo wines, the medieval villages of Elice and Castilenti, and small suburbs with support businesses for the farmers in the area. The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.
