Our stay at the Boathouse was just what we needed, a quiet retreat with a comfortable bed, all the amenities we could ask for. A warm welcome from Curran, and attentive to our needs and comfort. We will likely return to the Boathouse on our return visits to visit family in the area.

The home looks exactly like the pics: beautifully decorated, comfy, VERY clean and with all of the essentials needed to have a perfect stay. It was very neat and clean. Fully stocked. Plenty of room. Wonderful private entrance. Cool outdoor seating area. Tracey was easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay at Samantha and Robert’s place. Convenient location, close to downtown and the beach. The place is spacious and cozy. Samantha and Robert provided us with everything we needed.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. We found this apartment to be an outstanding choice for a long weekend after an event at Fairfield University. Everything was so clean and tastefully decorated. The carriage house is located back off the road, making it a quiet and peaceful place to take a break. Having our car parked inside under our apartment was wonderful as we could safely leave items in the car without worry and have easy access to the car at night and during some rain. Comfortable and quality bedding, soft towels and good shower/soap products. Great communication! If I ever return to the area this will be my first choice! Thanks for the great stay!

Sabrina's place was by far the nicest place we have stayed in New Haven. I felt welcomed with little extras like cocoa packets, a variety of coffees (we left our favorite brand), very simple yet tasteful decor and most of all extra comfy beds. Her place was spotless, had modern appliances and small touches here and there like the small little xmas tree lite up at the back entrance. I felt very secure and give my experience a 5/5. My friends and I had a wonderful time at Alyson & Costa's Fairfield house! It's an absolutely adorable space in a great area. The hosts are responsive, helpful, and kind. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to stay in this area!

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this Airbnb, I like it because it's not too far from stuff to do or places to eat. It's also really close to all of my friends houses which was nice. Usually pretty quiet, rarely had some cars go by that were loud but other than that, it was pretty quiet. If you plan on staying in Meriden for a week or two, I would recommend this Airbnb because it's good for its value. The host is also very helpful, any issue I had, I would just let her know and she would get it fixed ASAP. Very friendly and responded rather often, even if she was busy.

Mark was a great host and his property was just as we expected. Would stay here again.
