The unit consists of a living room, dining space (breakfast basics provided), kitchen, full bathroom/laundry. Walk to Fairfield U; an easy train ride to NYC. (Need the Murphy bed? Close to a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, stores and parks. The owners live in other part of the house. Family owns cats.
