Artist's Retreat Guest House

The Artist's Retreat Guest House is a two-bedroom Craftsman bungalow in the Earlham College neighborhood that welcomes adults visiting our community of Richmond, Indiana. It features a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a library filled with art books, a garden, fine antiques, and works by regional and international artists. Sorry, but no children, pets, or smoking. We keep the house allergen-free and many of the art pieces are too fragile or heavy for the safety of children and animals.

Leader Loft

Conveniently located less than a mile from I-70 exit 14, on State Highway 503. This loft is perfect for any stay length for every occasion, and with the electronic door lock system it is perfect for a last minute stop as you’re traveling down the interstate. The Loft shares our building with Flour Bakery, coffee and gift shop, and is a minute's walk from a delicious bistro, antique shops, other gift shops, the library and hardware store. Come explore all that our quaint village has to offer!

Nestled within the serene surroundings of a picturesque lake community, this delightful lake house offers a charming blend of comfort and convenience. Boasting 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a spacious living room and large kitchen. Outdoors you'll find a dock, paddle boat, and 18 lakes to enjoy. Located as the 1st house of 3 on a quiet dead end. Perfect for those looking to enjoy peaceful evenings on the lake. We are happy to welcome dogs for a fee. 2 guest fishing passes are INCLUDED with your stay.

Industrial & cozy 2 Bedroom atop a Historic Bldg.

Located on the 4th Floor of the Loft Highway Building in the heart of Richmond’s Historic Depot District. The Loft Highway houses such local businesses as Roscoe’s Coffee Bar & Tap Room, Lisa’s Cakes, Oblivion Cinema & Arts, Journey Yoga Studio, and The Art of Hair Salon and Metamorphosis Day Spa. Multiple other local restaurants and shops are just short walks away throughout the area. Each Guest receives 1 Free Drink from Roscoe’s (per night). Salon/Spa Booking info available upon request.

Conveniently located from I-70 at exit 10, The Patch is an 1860 country home on a busy road in northern Preble County. Fully furnished, three-bedroom home. Main floor features a bedroom with a queen-size sleep number bed directly off an open office area, two more bedrooms located upstairs. Walk into the laundry area and kitchen. A large patio provides privacy and relaxation with a view of the farm. Perfect for work crews, stays, or just passing through. Ample parking for various vehicles.

The Cottage on Abington Pike - Earlham College

Charming private cottage (home) on the West edge of Richmond within walking distance to Earlham College. This updated Three bedroom home has one custom full bath (w/Tub) & one half bath. The kitchen has been updated and is on the lower level. Great location. Wooded private rear yard with covered patio. Cardinal Greenway, Gorge Trail all of Richmond nearby. Fast Wi-Fi. Large Living room & Game room w/Pinball & Multi-cade. Outside quiet 10:00PM. Parties not allowed. 2 Tvs.

Second floor of an 1865 Tin shop, industrial building. High, open beam ceilings & exposed brick walls. Bathroom features a soaker tub plus a lux walk in shower. The kitchen features quartz counters, a large farmhouse sink, really nice appliances and thoughtful touches everywhere. The wifi is excellent. Have issues with stairs? This is not a good choice for you. If you're up for stairs and want a unique slice of history in a hip package then you will not be disappointed.

Whether you are looking for a place to spend some time or just passing through we think you’ll find it quite lovely here. We are just 5 mile off of I70 and centrally located among many places of interest. Go out or stay in. The outdoor living space is pretty spectacular! Private, with a hot tub, fire pit (wood provided), turf to play corn hole. Inside delivers all the comforts of home with full kitchen, laundry, workspace and cozy fireplace.

Newly renovated home just off East Main Street (five minutes off I-70) in the heart of the Richmond shopping/restaurant strip. This home is steps away from Glen Miller Park where you can enjoy a wooded area walk/run along the paved former golf course paths, tennis courts, picnic areas, fabulous children's playground area, pond, shelters, gazebo, and more. There is also a Pizza King and beverage shop within walking distance.
