Adirondack Cabin

Private hideaway located in the Adirondacks. There is no running water, lights are provided by a generator. Bring flashlights if needed. Ok to put up tent. Fire pit, outhouse and a seasonal on demand hot water outside shower (Shower not available in Winter). Hiking trails and swimming at Split Rock Falls and Lincoln Pond, grocery store and a few local restaurants within a five mile radius. Approx. 35 miles from Lake Placid. The perfect place to get in touch with nature. Perfect “GLAMPING”.

Rear full-width sliding glass doors reveal a private deck with a unique small outdoor wood fireplace. A custom design daybed, framed by a 60x60 picture window, and a mini wood stove bring warmth and comfort.

The Berghüttli: Glowing Swiss Hut in the Forest

The Berghüttli ("little mountain hut") is a Swiss-inspired hut and farm stay surrounded by National Forest in Goshen, VT (pop. 168). A completely private escape—no other structures in sight, just woods and quiet. Get back to nature! This is a quite riverside primitive campsite. NO BATHROOMS so everything is natural. Come let the tranquil noise of our river lul you to sleep in the fresh Adirondack mountain air. Lots of hiking, boating, rock climbing and mountain biking near by. Only 25 minutes to Lake Placid ( home of two winter Olympics) for some of the Adirondacks best restaurants and tourist destination. There are NO trash facilities on site, so if you pack it in, pack it out!

Located on Main Street in historic Vergennes, Vermont, our home is one of several fine examples of the architecture of the 19th Century that grace our City. Our thriving downtown is a short walk away, boasting exceptional dining and shopping opportunities. Vergennes is a 20-minute drive away from Middlebury College, and 45 minutes from Burlington.

The Beebe Farm was started in 1921 by Fred and Pearl Beebe. There are now four generations of Beebe's who have farmed this land. Over time these spectacular views have been created by hard work and devotion to agriculture. We offer this rental for you to relax and enjoy the breathtaking panorama of Lake Champlain, the Green Mountains of Vermont, and the eastern slopes of the Adirondacks.
