Recently refurbished house, peacekeeping in cozy and urban-rural districts, walking to Lake Sammamish State Park for hiking trails, near I-90 to Seattle. Close to Issaquah Highland. Costco and Fred Meyer are two-minute drives. There are two full baths, a kitchen, and a dining area with a mountain view, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, plus an outdoor space with a barbeque grill. As the house is at the top of the hill, walk to the sidewalk after parking at night, the beautiful Bellevue city light is a scene worth remembering.
