Handy access to A30 to explore Cornwall without getting stuck in town traffic/paying for parking. The annex is attached to our family home but with it's own separate entrance and small private decking area. The space has been recently renovated and is a light and bright space, perfect for exploring gorgeous Cornwall.

The Chalet is under a 10 minute walk to Fistral Beach & a 5 minute walk to Newquay town centre! It is situated at the end of our home garden with separate access through the side gate then down steps to a private patio/garden area for yourself to use. There is easy access parking (1 car) in our spacious driveway. You may see us and our dog in the garden at some point, so feel free to say hi! We are 8 minutes' walk to our branch line station taking you to either Falmouth or Truro. Falmouth houses the university, galleries and plenty of places to eat. We are accessible to north and south coast beaches. Ideal for couples, single travellers, artists and those visiting family.

Escape and unwind in our modern, comfortable, self contained annexe. We are situated in a quiet residential street in beautiful Lusty Glaze on the outskirts of Newquay. Newquay's town centre with its array of bars, restaurants and stunning surf beaches are all within easy walking distance. The award winning Lusty Glaze beach (Sunday Times 2017 Best Beach) is less than a 10 minute walk away. We consider our annexe ideally suited to quiet couples.
