This Victorian style apartment is a fantastic place to use as a base for exploring Niagara Falls. It’s only 10-15 minutes easy walk to Rainbow Bridge and 10 minutes more to Goat Island. The apartment entry system is easy to use and the apartment is more spacious than it appears in the photos, occupying the middle floor of a very large house. We are a family of four and had plenty of room. The expertly done decor is pleasant and relaxing - we enjoyed sitting in the revolving armchairs and watching the view with a cup of tea. The neighbourhood is a bit dilapidated but felt safe. There is a 7 Eleven conveniently situated 5 minutes walk away on the corner of the block and ample parking if you have a car. The single bathroom is Jack & Jill style between the two bedrooms. The WiFi is also really good. Kitchen is well equipped and had plenty of tea and fresh coffee available along with some other extras. Would definitely stay again.

We came to visit Niagara Falls. We parked our car in the lot just outside the back door as specified by the owner. Entry was easy and felt safe. The owner was very responsive to my questions. The house was immaculate and stocked with everything that we needed. Beds and furniture were comfortable. WiFi was fast. We were a 10-20 min walk from all the major attractions and restaurants. I can only say good things about this place! Highly recommend!

This was such an amazing week! We took this trip with our 3 year old son to see Niagara Falls. Our host lived in the area at some point and had children so he gave me great recommendations on places to see for kids. The only thing I would say to be weary about is if you have a child that might be rambunctious or loud- it may very well disturb the downstairs neighbor. Kids sometimes just don’t understand why they need to sit or have quiet time and it made us feel bad that he kept running around. This location is SO CLOSE to the falls and so much around. The hosts are VERY easy to reach! It made our stay that much more special. Thank you for a great week!

My husband and I stayed at Todd’s place for four nights. Coming from a rural area I was concerned about the noice of the city, but I was pleasantly surprised how quiet the neighborhood was. We enjoyed some down time at the house and the hot tub on the cold nights. It was nice not having to travel far to see Niagara Falls! Thank for allowing us to stay at your home!

I absolutely loved meeting Eduardo. He is friendly and fascinating. We were there before the growing season so we did not see his beautiful garden in bloom. He gave us great local suggestions and we were glad we took them. The area is undergoing gentrification but very safe. The house is lovely inside.

Beautiful House. Well stocked kitchen and incredible surroundings. If you are going to Niagra Falls, Dawn's house is an rare gem. We hope to come back !

Our family loved our stay in NOTL. Nice quiet neighborhood to return to each day. The house was clean and accurately described. We would stay here again.

Wish we would have invited friends as there was plenty of room. Nicely decorated and the sauna and the hot tub was everything! Internet service was great and will definitely stay again the next time we are in Canada.

Elizabeth is a lovely host. The location is amazing. We came in winter. Three days after our arrival there was a major snow storm. As soon as the snow subsided, Elizabeth and her partner were out front clearing all of the snow. We weren't able to really enjoy the backyard as everything (understandably) was covered in snow. We look forward to coming back in the summer to enjoy the amazing back yard and pool.

We stayed at Aziz’s place with our family for a week. Very nice and spacious, even nicer than photos. Kids enjoyed pool table and movie theatre. Kitchen was fantastic and had everything we needed. Short drive to very charming town of Oakville that had fantastic restaurants. Highly recommend.
