Kinderfreundliche Ferienunterkünfte in Nīca Municipality

Viešnagė perėjo labai sklandžiai, buitis puikiai aprūpinta, yra visko, ko gali prireikti patogiai kasdienybei. Nors šalia yra pora namų, mums pasisekė, ir kaimynystėje nieko nebuvo - tad viešnagė buvo labai rami ir tyli. Nuostabu, jog antrame aukšte, atsidarius langą, galima girdėti jūros ošimą. Kalbant apie jūrą, ją pasiekti pėsčiomis galima per 10-12 min. Tiesa, šiuo metų laiku, keliukas su didelėmis balomis, tačiau tai problemų nesudarė. Komunikacija su Jurgiu puiki. Ačiū už viešnagę 🤍

Atvažiavom labai vėsią dieną, patiko jog namai buvo šilti, jaukūs, tvarkingi.

Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist in diesem Ferienhaus genau richtig. Das Haus liegt auf einem großen Privatgrundstück und ist nur über einen geschotterten Weg zu erreichen. Bis zum Strand sind es etwa 2 km, die man gemütlich durch einen Wald laufen kann. Insgesamt ein tolles, kleines Haus.

Tvarkingi namai su puikiomis Komunalinėmis paslaugos! Yra prieskonių, arbatų ir kitų virtuvės smulkmenelių - pačiam veštis nereikia. Pačioje gamtoje ir šalia jūra. Galima laisvai eiti pasivaikščioti. Prie jūros yra kopos.

Viskas apgalvota iki detalių, jauku, stilinga, įrengta labai kokybiškai. Patiko, kad apartamentuose yra daug erdvės. Ugnė draugiškai ir greit atsako į iškilusius klausimus. 😊

We felt right at home in this spacious, light and modern house near the beach. It had all the possible amenities for a comfortable stay.

Amazing place to stay. Apartment is easy to find, have all necessary things and very clean. Also, near the sea. Owner is very communicative, helpful, very friendly. We really felt like at home.

Wir waren zum ersten mal in der Ferienwohnung von Jurgita und wurden von Ihrer Mutter Ona sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung, Ausstattung, privater Parkplatz und der schöne, überdachte Sitzplatz im privaten Garten mit Kamin übertrafen unsere Erwartungen. Trotz der zentralen Lage, war die Unterkunft total ruhig gelegen. Wir waren mit 5 Personen da und hatten ausreichend Platz. Das einzige was man jedoch verbessern könnte, wäre eine Verdunkelung vor den Fenstern in den Schlafräumen, da wir leider schon sehr früh durch das Tageslicht im Zimmer wach wurden. Dennoch würden wir beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Palanga sofort wieder hier buchen! Wir waren seit 2005 schon oft in Palanga, aber so eine tolle, saubere Unterkunft mit so netten Gastgeberinnen hatten wir noch nie!! Labai aciu!!

Maloni seimininke, labai jaukus ir svarus butas, didesnis nei tikejomes. Labai patogios lovos, yra viskas ko reikia. Tikrai rekomenduojame.

A wonderful location, clean & tidy, great communication with Akvile the host, she is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is perfect, even more beautiful in reality than the pictures. Would love to come back and enjoy our stay one more time. I recommend it wholeheartedly❤️❤️❤️

Ļoti patīkams ceļojums atpakaļ laikā, īpaši siltas atmiņas audiomīļiem ;) Izcila lasāmviela, par ko īpaši liels PALDIES ... Noteikti iesakam, kā variantu naktsmītnei , ja ceļi ved caur Aizputi!

Nice place, looks like the pictures + good location. Sofa is a little old, and apartment is located on the 6th floor and no elevator, so get ready for an hike everytime you need to get up to the apartment. Apart from these two little cons, everything is fine.

Patogioje vietoje, iki jūros ne 5 min, tačiau tikrai arti. Bute radome visko, ko reikia - skalbiklis, lygintuvas... Vienintelis minusas yra tai, jog nėra orkaitės, nes apsistojant ilgiau jos gali prireikti.

We had a really nice stay here and actually stayed in a different apartment that this host has listed. Even though there was a last minute switch, Vikentijs did a great job helping us feel comfortable and get all of the directions and information needed to arrive here. We really enjoyed being within walking distance of both the beach and the city center. We came here with our baby and it was very accommodating for all of us.

Lieliska lokācija – divu soļu attālumā no pilsētas centra un vienlaikus ļoti mierīgs vēsturisks, kluss rajons. Ielas vienā galā – tirgus, otrā – ezers. Dzīvoklītis ārkārtīgi gaumīgs, omulīgs, svaigs un tīrs (tik palasot atsauksmes var pabrīnīties, cik daudz cilvēku un cik nesen te nakšņojuši pirms jums). Jutīsities kā mājās, kā liepājnieks, kurš uz brīdi iegriezies pabūt dzimtajā pilsētā.

One of the best airbnb I have been in. The apartment is very nice,well organized,clean;it seems like it was completed yesterday and I was the first guest.very well furnished. it's one of those times I am happy to go back to my place after a long day..Viktorija has been very friendly and super fast when answering my questions. the apartment is a bit distant from the center but you easily walk to wherever you wish. the zone is quiet and feels safe enough. I do wish all my airbnbs were like this.

Lieliski iekārtots dzīvoklis, kurš dzīvē izskatās lielāks kā bildēs (biežāk esmu sastapies ar pretēju situāciju). Iedvesmojošs dizains, mēbeles ar stāstu. Dzīvoklī bija viss nepieciešams. Ērta vieta automašīnas novietošanai un ar kājām sasniedzams pilsētas centrs un jūra.

Monta was great! She met us at the property and showed us around and also gave local recommendations. The apartment itself served every need and was very clean and warm (we visited in -10 Celsius). 10/10 recommend.

Ļoti patīkama palikšana, tīrs un smuks dzīvoklītis tieši pie jūras. Viss, kas nepieciešamas īsām brīvdienām. Ērta gulta, laba vannasistaba un labiekārtota virtuve. Balkons ar skatu uz mežu. Super! Un patīkama komunikācija, viegli bija atrast atslēgas utt.

A lovely place with everything you need in walkable distance from the beach and cafes and central Liepāja. The natural light in the mornings is amazing! I found there was everything I needed during my stay – the kitchen was well equipped, there was a washing machine which was very useful. The place was meticulously cleaned. The street of the location is quite active, but a pair of earplugs helped me for the night. Seems like the neighbours smoke, so a little bit of the aroma found its way inside through ventilation. Maija was proactive and a great communicator, thank you!
