Constantinos’ apartment ticked all the boxes of what I needed for my week in Nicosia. On street parking right outside. Location meant that I could walk through Agios Dimitrios Park each morning and afternoon. Would definitely stay here again.

Elena was very helpful in a difficult time we were visiting my husband each day in hospital. The house was very comfortable and the beds the same..It was very spacious with a nice feel about it lots of different areas to sit.We had a small problem which was resolved immediately. There was lots of lovely bits left in cupboard from previous guests and a bottle of water in the fridge for us.Take lots of mossie repellent we got badly bitten in the garden lots of bushes and plants and surrounding trees etc.The area was nice to walk with lots of places for coffee a great little park 10 mins walk the museum close by. There is a school behind property which they constantly ringing the bell ! but it didn't really bother us.Lots of places to park and a nice area .Thank you for hosting us in difficult circumstances.

Mr. Stavros was very friendly, very helpful and responded to all my calls immediately. The house was very clean, in a very good location.

This is a fabulous house, roomy, airy and perfect for a stay in Nicosia. We needed to be close to local government buildings and it’s a 15 minute walk to the old town. Loads of shops, restaurants nearby, we hired a car but you don’t need one as it’s opposite the bus terminal. The garden is lovely, the smell of the orange blossom on the trees was simply amazing. We also enjoyed the lemons and oranges off the trees. Huseyin was a great host, attended to our every need very quickly. My father is elderly and I asked for some non slip mats which promptly arrived the next day. The house has many things left over from previous guests like cling film, foil, teas, coffees etc.

Very spacious house fully equipped kitchen and very clean. BBQ fully equipped with extra fourni(cyprus traditional oven) They even equipped with a water refrigerator. I really recommend this place. Friendly Orestis welcome us and showed us the house amenities

wunderschöner Ort, ruhig. Uns hat der Garten sehr gefallen. Ein Plus war, dass wir unseren Hund mitbringen durften.

Wonderful little house, with everything you need and very comfortable. I stayed for the weekend and found it close to trails, waterfalls and the Troodos is not far either. Andreas was very helpful and put in a lot of effort.

We did a friend’s party during our stay. So the place is perfect for events like that. Our stay was absolutely perfect! The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and easy; they were very friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything for a pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

It is a cozy house in a mountain village, with everything you need for a holiday. The location is beautiful, too. Just 100 meters from the door, you're exposed to an eye-catching mountain valley view.

While the villa is amazing and the swimming pool fabulous (and a welcome relief from the heat), it is the location and view that are the stars. The location is very peaceful and private, and makes for a great place to unwind. The view over the coast is wonderful - maybe best viewed from the infinity pool - but also benefits from being able to have uninterrupted view of both sunrises and sunsets. I must also say that Michalis is very quick to respond to any questions. We really enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay! I’d definitely book this lovely cabin if you’re staying in Cyprus! We were surprised with how many amenities were provided, from card games to appliances, everything was great. You do require a car, and i’d recommend something like a small SUV or bigger. We had a small hatchback, which wasn’t too ideal for the dirt path leading up to the house, but still manageable. Finding the road entrance was quite tricky when we first arrived. The entrance doesn’t show on regular maps, only on a satellite view. There are green signs from there directing you. The cabin is located really nicely between everything, 1h1/2 from Paphos, same for Ayia Napa, and you are right nearby the mountains for some unreal views. The private pool is a great facility, completely private, and a good way to soak in the sun. Despite being hidden away and private, shops, petrol stations etc are just down the road. Perfect location! The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need. the management is responsive and if you have any questions/inquiries they will fix it asap.

Ήρεμη γειτονιά 15 με 20 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από την πλατεία ελευθερίας που είναι το κέντρο της πόλης (εκεί να πάτε βόλτα για καφέ, φαί πότο) Είναι προς την μεριά της Λάρνακας (30-40 λεπτά απόσταση) οπότε γλυτώνεις χρόνο προς και από αυτές τις περιοχές. Μεγάλο άνετο και καθαρο σπίτι, όπως το βλέπεις στις φωτογραφίες. Έχει 2 διπλά κρεβάτια και 3 μπάνια (1 κανονικό, ένα μικρό και ένα μίνι Wc κρεβατοκάμαρας). Πλήρης εξοπλισμός κουζίνας. Άψογη επιλογή, αξίζει κάθε €. Ευχαριστούμε Άλεξ.

Beautiful cabin with everything we needed for a relaxing few days. Lots for the kids to do and the animals were a great hit. Struggled to leave and wanted to book more nights but had to accept reality and come home.

The flat was better than it looks in pictures, kerim was extremely helpful from the min I booked till I checked out. I recommend this place and Kerim.

Most responsive and friendly host ever! Very central location for exploring the area. Super comfy bed and very cozy place. Warm baked goods and a smile greeted me at check-in and any questions were promptly answered. Any time I visit Lefke, I will see if this place is available.

Great stay! The house was in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the area. It had all the necessary amenities, was clean, and very comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, and I felt right at home. I would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommend
