Ferienunterkünfte mit Strandzugang in Nocera Scalo

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Die Wohnung und vorallem der Balkon mit der Aussicht ist ein absoluter Traum. Der Strand ist direkt vor dem Haus. Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Restaurants sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der Besitzer war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr.

My wife and I vacationed in Italy for 6 weeks. For our last 2 weeks we stayed in Tropea. We were not disappointed! Giulio's apartment was spacious and very clean. The bed is comfortable. The place is right in the town with lots of restaurants and shops. The beach is less than a 10 minute walk. The beach is amazing. The water is crystal clear. We swam everyday. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the train station, so if you're not traveling by car it is very convenient to do day trips to other towns like Pizzo or Scilla (which we did!) When we arrived in Tropea we were met at the apartment by a young man who got us into the apartment and showed us how everything works and answered all our questions. Giulio is a wonderful host! He was always immediately responsive and gave many recommendations. Tropea is a lovely coastal town! We walked everywhere as we explored the town and the locals are very friendly. We would love to return and rent Giulio's place again!!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Haus Nina. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sauber. Besonders schön ist der Außenbereich. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Dorf ist ruhig und hat einen schönen Strand. Das WiFi funktioniert mal mehr mal weniger gut. Es gibt zwei verschiedene WLAN und wir konnten teilweise auf das jeweils andere ausweichen, wenn eins der beiden schwach war. Insgesamt sind wir damit gut zurecht gekommen. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit einem Wein aus eigener Produktion begrüßt, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Wir haben auch das selbstgebraute Bier und einen Limoncello bestellt. Die Preise waren sehr fair und es wurde uns innerhalb von 5 Minuten direkt an die Tür gebracht. Insgesamt können wir die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen!

Couldn’t ask for better hosts , nothing was too hard , very hard to find genuine people like this these days . Very helpful, lovely clean spacious place . Having drinks and snacks provided was great also. So close to the beaches lovely car park nice garden, hope to be back one day. Thanks for the stay

Salve ,sono stato con la mia famiglia nel mese di agosto 2024 buona esperienza zona tranquilla vicino a un campeggio carino spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi A circa 50 metri se non si vuole prendere l’auto .Comunque tutto raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto sia per altre spiagge libere e sia per raggiungere locali per colazione pranzo o cena il paese è bello se si vuole girare c’è da vede molto . Ne approfitto per ringraziare Piero e lo staffe gentili e a risolvere se ci fosse qualunque problema . Grazie e a presto 🤗👍🏻

The flat is lovely and has everything one might need. It is just a short walk away from the beach/sea, center of town and supermarket. Francesco was a lovely host, very accommodating and gave us great recommendations- would highly recommend il convivio! Would definitely stay there again!

We had a great time! Elizaveta was very friendly and always available to help us out. Elio even found a parking spot for us and dropped us off in front of the appartment with our luggage. Both of them went above and beyond to help us and make sure we had a great time. The appartment is in the middle of the historic center and is very cute. You have everything that you need there and everything is in walking distance. I highly recommend!

Siamo stati coccolati dalle calde acque del mare di Davoli e dall’ attenzioni di Antonino, host fantastico che consiglio vivamente si è preoccupato affinché il nostro soggiorno fosse il più confortevole possibile, presente gentile e non invadente, location eccezionale comodissima al mare e al centro ma nello stesso tempo tranquilla e silenziosa, cosa dire ancora realtà così fanno solo splendere ancora di più la bellissima Calabria, grazie e torneremo ancora sicuramente

La residenza di Antonella è dotata di tutti i comfort possibili e si trova a pochi passi dal mare. L' abbiamo trovata in condizioni perfette e abbiamo trascorso 8 giorni di vero relax. Una dimensione particolarmente positiva per una famiglia con un bimbo piccolo. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

The apartment is very well located in the heart of Tropea’s old town, with the most beautiful sea-view. There are several very good restaurants nearby. It was quite hot and there was only one fan. Would have been nice to have had a second one, especially at night. Other than that, we can highly recommend this spacious and very well equipped apartment. Massimo was more than helpful with everything. He gave us many good recommendations where to eat, grocery shopping, etc.

+ Alles gut und Franco ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber + Er ist immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit + Franco zeigt einem die Gegend. - Der Kühlschrank ist ein bisschen Laut. - Es gibt keine richtige Küche.

Es war wunderschön, die Kommunikation mit Silvio war super. Bei Fragen und Problemen war er stets schnell zur Stelle und hat uns weitergeholfen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Great place, 5 min. walk to the huge beach, the house is good and clean have all you need. Romano’s family is nice and always help.

Sehr schöne und sehr saubere Unterkunft in einer super Lage direkt am Meer. Traumhaft! Quirico hat sehr schnell und nett geantwortet. Kann ich wirklich nur empfehlen, gerne wieder!

Salvatore est au top, il nous a très bien accueilli, il nous a recommandé les restaurants à proximité ainsi que les plages et les points de vue, le logement est impeccable petite résidence calme avec piscine et bain de soleil. Franchement impeccable je suis vraiment satisfait. Merci encore à bientôt !

Graziella's home was beautiful and clean and it had everything i needed and more. Graziella was so kind and welcoming and she made sure i had everything i needed and even had breakfast items for me. She is truly a wonderful host. It was a perfect place to get away from the chaos of the bigger busier cities and relax in San Lucido beautiful quaint seaside town. There is a bus that comes through town a few times a day and the local tobacco shop sells train and bus tickets, but it only has one train. The adjacent towns are also very quaint and beautiful. There are a couple grocery stores and several shops in town that are very reasonably priced. People are warm and friendly and very helpful. The little town below can get lively and loud but the town shuts down very early. A car to see the beautiful surrounding area is definitely recommended. Paola has a few options but you will have to book in advance.

Such a wonderful location with stunning views away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to Tropea by car. Parghelia itself is a charming little town with restaurants and small shops to get what you need. The pool and grounds were perfectly looked after and the apartment was comfortable with everything we needed to look after ourselves. Outdoor private area and terrace were just perfect. We loved i and would love to come again....

Die Unterkunft von Rachael in Pizzo ist super, wirklich das am besten ausgestattete AirBnB in dem wir je waren. Es gab nicht nur alles übliche, sondern außerdem Sonnenschirme, Stühle und Handtücher für den Strand, eine Kühltasche, Wäscheklammern, Kartenspiele und Reiseführer! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, da alles sehr schön hergerichtet und sauber war. Rachael war auch super nett, einfach zu erreichen und hat uns einen Tipp fürs Abendessen gegeben der goldwert war (Chilli Pepper). Alles in allem kann ich die Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen! Abbiamo trascorso le vacanze di Natale nel prezioso appartamento di Giulia. Bello, accogliente, luminoso e dotato di tutto il necessario per spendere anche qualche giorno. Vicinissimo a tutti i luoghi d’interesse della zona come Capo Vaticano, Zambrone e Vibo Valentia e sopratutto vista mare assicurata. Giulie è stata una host super reattiva e disponibile. È di certo Il posto dove tornerei sicuramente durante l’estate. Ho literalmente adorato questo alloggio, letto comodissimo e zona ben servita. Grazie ancora Giulia❤️

Daniela ist eine sehr liebenswerte und erfahrene Gastgeberin. Das sehr saubere Apartment ist umgeben von einem großräumigen, liebevoll gepflegten Garten. Wir waren auch dankbar die Waschmaschine benützen zu dürfen. Vielen Dank

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.

We drove down from Rome and needed a place to stay for one night to break up the drive. We were sad it was only one night- Pizzo is adorable, the food was amazing, and since we were there off-season, it was pretty quiet. The apartment was clean and very tastefully decorated. The family all came out to meet us (even the dog!) and to make sure we were comfortable. The two recommendations they gave us (restaurant and gelateria) were both PERFECT! Will come back to stay longer next time...

Piękne miejsce oddalone od gwaru miasta. Jest kawałek ogrodu do dyspozycji gości. Dom czysty i zadbany. W pobliżu piękne plaże. Domenico zawsze pomocny i komunikatywny. Polecamy dla gości z samochodem którzy szukają spokoju i odpoczynku.
