The place was amazing, peaceful, relaxing and close to everything! I will definitely recommend this place to everyone who wants to have a great holiday near coffees restaurants and also enjoy the calm of the house in the tree and shadow , love it!

Great hosts and apartment was in a great location just a short walk from the beach.

We have been travelling through Australia for a month and this was far and away the best airbnb we have stayed in, not just in Australia, but overall. Noosa Holiday Homes were absolutely fantastic. When our previous rental was not what was expected they were able to accommodate us by moving our reservation us by 3 days at no extra fee. This place was amazing with views over the ocean and the private pool was an awesome touch. They were super responsive and the app they use for all the info was great. If you get the opportunity to rent this unit jump at it, you will not be disappointed.

Our family of five (4 adults + 5 yo) and our dog highly enjoyed this place! The house is super spacious, comfortable and the pool was a great plus. It was a bit dirty when we arrived but we called the real estate and they quickly sent someone to clean/set up the pool vacuum. The view from the deck is beautiful, such a nice space to chill and listen to the birds! House is just like the photos, the location was super close to Noosa, shops cafes and restaurants. They were also very accommodating with our requests. Wifi works well. The patio is super secured for dogs, and it has a separate enclosure for the pool area. Kitchen has everything you may need. Rooms downstairs didn’t have AC but we found that the ceiling fans were enough and we slept well. Some cobwebs and a few spiders here and there but it was overall clean. Overall I def recommend, we really enjoyed our stay!

The resort is in a perfect location being a short stroll to the beautiful Noosa River. great family friendly accommodation with plenty of room in the unit and also in the resort with multiple pools, BBQs and green spaces.

We have stayed at Ivory Palms before so we love this area. Janet's Airbnb was really lovely. The king bed was really comfortable and we loved that it had 2 bathrooms upstairs and a toilet downstairs. We loved that we could park right next to the house too.

My friends and I had a great stay here! The place is located in a great location, super close to the local bus stops, short walk to the beach and coffee shop and IGA, private pool, and the house has a clean design! Ben was super helpful with the cyclone situation and made our stay smooth and enjoyable!

Definitively one of the best AirBnBs I‘ve ever been to. You got more than enough space, all furnishings are in best condition. Wow! It‘s located just 20m away from the Maroochydore beach which makes everything walkable. You got a great view on the sea from one of the roof top terraces. If you want to stay in Sunny Coast for a couple of nights, you should choose this one. Highly recommended!

We'll be back! Communication was excellent from the Host. The Town house was well appointed & comfortable. Our sporty kids were in heaven having that amazing pool, gym, basketball & tennis courts plus the beach so close. Great value & great fun. A fabulous holiday!

Loved the property. Felt right at home and the little touches like throw rugs to snuggle on the couch with to a few emergency supplies in the kitchen and bathroom cupboards were appreciated. Please deal with this company if you are looking to stay somewhere for your trip away…Sharka was a joy to deal with and was prompt and extremely efficient with any of our queries during our stay. Eileen is a great host and her townhouse is perfect for a stay in Noosa, super clean and tidy place. We really appreciated the booklets Eileen made and left in the Airbnb detailing things to do around the local area. Great host and great place to stay. Would recommend

Perfect host Perfect place for Noosa. Second time staying and will always choose Josh’s whilst we can. Close to the shops and so many eateries. 10 min stroll to Hastings street down the hill. Quite clean and private. Wicked..

This townhouse was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It was such a beautiful location and so close to the beach and shops. We were lucky enough to meet Simon and were thoroughly impressed with his willingness to help. His attitude towards making guests feel welcome was impressive to say the least! We would love to come back and stay again.

We booked this short getaway semi-last minute as we’re umming and ahhing over having a short getaway, jumped on it when the price had lowered. So value for money was great. Loved the vibe and furnishings and space. My 8yo got the downstairs bed and when I lay in it, was surprised it was even comfier than the king upstairs. I could’ve lay there forever! So so glad to find places that allow you to bring your fur baby and proactively provide recommendations as to where we can go with them. Just makes life easier so we can easily plan and relax!
