Main suite has king bed & deck access w/ lake/wooded view. Smart/airplay TVs in each BR & LR. Kitchen equipped w/ everything needed for stay. Fireplace & Pool table/ping pong in LR. Deck w/ cafe lights, Weber grill, hot-tub, gas fire pit w/ seating, dining, rockers, games & 2nd firepit in lawn area.

Minutes from McGee Tyson airport, downtown Knoxville, the Great Smoky Mountains and all the treasures of East Tennessee.

A rustic path leads to the lake.Private dock in back yard.DOCK IS SEASONAL, however, you can still walk down to the water and swim. Please ask for dock updates.

Year-round lakefront home on Dodson Creek with a covered boat dock and gentle slope to the lake. Spacious deck and large windows overlook the cove with panoramic views of Norris Lake's emerald green waters. Beach Island Marina is a 6 minute drive from the house which features boat rentals, a boat ramp and a seasonal restaurant often with live music. Easy access from Maynardville Hwy (TN SR 33) - No twisty, windy roads here. 30 minutes north of Knoxville.

Historic year-round cabin along lakeshore w/dock

The lake home was built in the early 1930's to house the engineers constructing the entire TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) system that created dams and hydro-electric power throughout the region. It also provided jobs that helped with employment during the Great Depression. A wonderful addition we made recently was a dock, which remains in the water from sometime in March until late October. Please note this is an old, quaint home. It has its quirks.
