Newly built, All-season Cottage on Callander Bay Lake Nipissing. This property is very family friendly with a large living and dining room making it easy to host everyone! Come see the vibrant leaves then enjoy some hot cocoa around the fireplace. The fall season at Sandy Pines is one of our favourite times of the year and one you won't want to miss!! Property has a dock to fish on or just relax. There is parking for vehicles with lots of room for trailers with boats or snowmobiles.

Family-friendly comfortable home for your entire family. Quick walk to a great local beach (Kinsmen Beach) with multiple trail accesses nearby. You can access trails to the waterfront and downtown from our street. Head down to the basement for a game of ping pong or hang out and watch tv. We also have a driveway to accommodate multiple vehicles. We look forward to hosting you and will be nearby if you need anything. Our short-term license number is 2023-5410.
