Fun House w/private lake access

The Funhouse is tucked away on the secluded North Hero Island. This snug home is perfect for a small family vacation, and while the house itself is not on directly on the lake, the private family owned beach is just 400 feet away, so going for a swim is a breeze. Relax in the screened-in porch with a good book, or hang out inside on cool days using TV and WiFi, and when you get hungry, the kitchen is equipped with cookware and basic appliances to make cooking a cinch. Longer stays are available.

This home is a short 10 min drive into town where convenience stores, farmer’s markets and local restaurants await and just a short walk to North Hero Marina and Tiki bar!

In Alburgh, VT, just north of N. Hero, our cottages face Isle LaMotte to the west, with spectacular lake and sunset views. We have 8 cottages on site, so if you don’t see what you need, please ask. Perfect for relaxing, fishing, water sports, golfing, and to use as a home base for fun day trips. Wake up to stunning views of the lake from your private deck, and enjoy the clear starlit sky at night. Dogs are welcome with Owner approval and payment of a Pet Fee per dog per trip, maximum of 2 dogs.

Lakeside Cottage

WiFi NEWLY ADDED!! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy this lake side cottage situated 60ft from the 105ft of water frontage. Equipped with a 60ft aluminum dock to fulfill your fishing pleasures. Boat launch on premises for small boats (ex: small bass boats). One boat and trailer allowed. Enjoy gorgeous, west facing sunsets most nights on the Adirondack swing or while eating dinner on the spacious deck. Out back enjoy a large area for your recreational desires.

The Cottage at East Shore Drive

The cottage at East Shore Drive is right on Lake Champlain in St Albans Bay, Vermont. Nestled off of Hathaway Point, this lakeside retreat is a perfect place for a family or couple getaway. Enjoy kayaking, fishing, biking, boating, board games, swimming, barbequing, and relaxing. Located just 35 minutes north of Burlington and just over an hour away from Montreal, this home away from home provides a great homebase to enjoy a mixture of outdoor recreation with nearby city options.

Lakefront Comfort

Enjoy the relaxing ambiance of private waterfront home on beautiful Lake Champlain. The home was originally constructed in 1840 by the family for whom our bay is named. The lakeside fire pit & patio are a great place to chill by the water. There are 3 King bedrooms, a trundle bed (2 twins) and 1 bedroom with 2 twins. One King bedroom with walk in shower is on the first first floor. We have a 1/2 bath on the first floor and 2 full baths on the second floor. No large parties.

Includes 5 x 7 lockable cedar storage shed with beach chairs, cooler and room for bikes and extra gear. Offering lake views only, this property is not lakefront.
