If you want to go back to basic, have an open mind and don't need perfection, then relax and enjoy our self-made garden house! We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. The (20 square m.) little house is simple, but under the care of a big Douglas Pine tree and with enough basic elements in kitchen, house and own private garden you can feel relaxed safe and happy! 26 km from Amsterdam 24 km Utrecht 5,6 km Hilversum 200m from nature!

10 minutes Amsterdam Central Station 'De Hut'

Watergang ist ein kleines Dorf, 10 Minuten vom Amsterdamer Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Es befindet sich in der Gemeinde Waterland. Die Zaanse-Schans und Volendam sind von hier aus leicht zu erreichen. Waterland ist eine wunderschöne Gegend mit wunderschönen Radtouren. Dieser Bereich ist auch ideal zum Segeln mit einem Boot oder Kanu. Kom tot rust en geniet van het geweldige uitzicht over het prachtige natuurgebied Het Twiske. Langs een naastgelegen wandelpad kunt u Het Twiske per voet ontdekken. Hier kunt u genieten van de natuur, ontspannen op één van de stranden, zwemmen, wandelen, fietsen, vogels spotten en kanoën. Bijzondere locaties zoals Amsterdam, Volendam en de Zaanse Schans zijn bereikbaar op 20 min afstand. Het gastenverblijf is gloednieuw en heeft alles wat u nodig zult hebben. Gratis parkeren voor de deur.

The 40m2 guesthouse is located in recreation area "Spaarnwoude", (3 persons in the house and we can host 2 extra persons (kids) in a caravan) included season shared pool and with a all year around outside hottub close to the beach of IJmuiden/Zandvoort and train-busstation Amsterdam Sloterdijk (15min). Activities nearby: SnowPlanet, a golfcourse, horse riding, harbour and water activities. Bus 382 stops nearby. Ruigoord is close. Beautiful Bali-style design. We have an outdoor trampoline.

Nice apartment , 19 min. from downtown Amsterdam

Two room appartment, located in the old city center of Purmerend. The shops, bars and restaurants are less then 50 meters from the appartment. Checkin is self checkin with key safe. Excellent bus connection to Amsterdam downtown ( 19 min.) 2 to 8 times an hour. Or to the main Subway hub in Amsterdam North ( 16 min) .The busstop is at less then 90 meters from the apartment. By car 19 minutes to central station. Exellent location for bicycling, the Beemster polder is just 500 meters away.

The Villa - City View Amsterdam

Verblijf op een unieke locatie net buiten Amsterdam! Deze gerenoveerde ruime woning in Landsmeer biedt comfort voor 9 personen. Er zijn 4 slaapkamers, 3 douches, 2 wc’s en een tuin. Vlakbij de bruisende stad aan de rand van natuurgebied. Met openbaar vervoer naar centrum Amsterdam duurt ongeveer 15 minuten. De bushalte ligt op 50 meter. Een (Uber) taxi naar de stad is amper 15minuten. Deze woning is niet geschikt voor kinderen tussen 6 maanden en 4 jaar. Je bent van harte welkom.

Gezellig houten tuinhuis met eigen opgang in de tuin van woonhuis. Knusse ruimte met slaapbank, kookgelegenheid, keukenplank annex werkplek en aparte badkamer met douche en toilet. Vanuit het tuinhuis heb je toegang tot een terrasje met ligstoelen. Op 5 minuten loopafstand van het centrum met vele winkels,, op 10 minuten van de mooie bossen en Paleis Soestdijk. Het treinstation is op 10 minuten loopafstand. Van het treinstation naar Utrecht 25 minuten reizen en naar Amsterdam 1 uur.

Pick up from/drop off to the airport by my driver Henry (Lexus ES300h or Mercedes EQE) is included in the price when staying 6 nights or longer, cleaning fee (€80) needs to be paid cash upon check-out.
