Quiet top floor flat, five minutes from the Metro. Very convenient for the Universities and just a short walk from Wylam Brewery.🍻 No cleaning fee, free parking. Not suitable for children or for people who make a lot of noise. Definitely no parties. Please respect the other people who live in this building - especially at night! Preston village lies 1.1 mile inland from the beautiful Tynemouth longsands, between Whitley Bay and Tynemouth. Only a mile to a metro station giving access to the cities of Newcastle, Gateshead etc. The south facing high walled garden has a wood fired hot tub for all 5 guests to unwind and relax.
