Welcome to the Gregoire Farm. Our home is a recently remodeled split level located on our family farm. It has 3 bedrooms and two baths as well a sofa bed. Park your car in our two car garage. Great place for a larger group to have plenty of room. A little ways off the beaten path but worth a little extra drive. 15 min drive to Vermillion, 20 min drive to Yankton and 35 minutes to Sioux Falls. If you are looking for a quiet place to yourself please consider us. Non-smoking, pet free home.

The coop was trailered over from our grandpa's farm, and converted to an Airbnb/summer kitchen! You will have two bedrooms, a living area and a kitchenette all to yourself. With our bunk room we have plenty of space to have the slumber party of your dreams. We have two projectors that are linked for games, movies, events. With our in house arcade, you’re sure to be the hit of the party. All games are free except the claw machine which only cost .25 cents. Come prepared to make tons of memories.

Sorry, no children under the age of 12. This large grain bin has been converted into a rustic two story getaway using reclaimed barn wood and many antiques. The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.

The basement has a L-shaped family room and a toilet. Fenced backyard with patio and front porch with two comfy chairs. All linens, dishes and soaps provided. Close to both major hospitals and Briar Cliff University as well as some of the main thoroughfares make for a desirable place!

D'Brick Cottage is located across from Wayne State College in Wayne, NE. This recently renovated 2-bedroom house offers a comfortable place to get away. This is a lovely 2 bedroom one bath main floor unit. We are conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the Hard Rock Café, Orpheum Theater and the Tyson Event Center and less than 15 minutes from Landman Golf Club. Most medical facilities are within 15 minutes. NOTE: I have medical documentation that exempts me from accepting reservations involving animals.
