Farndon Grange is a contemporary Victorian farmhouse set in a 5 acre nature retreat. Windows and balconies overlook landscaped gardens, meadows, and lakes. This tranquil setting is perfect for retreats, team building weekends & family gatherings.This house is not suitable for parties. No loud music or shouting. There are 5 large bedrooms, 4 en-suite. The pool is heated May-September. Offers available during the week and some weekends from as little as £395/495 Room 6 en-suite from May 1st

The Pool House is a contemporary spacious, private, hideaway, perfect for a romantic getaway or just a stay to explore the surrounding area. Styled with a shabby chic vibe. THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A HOT TUB SPA AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. If I have late availability, I will reduce the rate a week before. THE POOL IS NOW CLOSED IT WILL REOPEN ON THE 1st OF MAY 26 THE POOL WILL BE HEATED IN JUNE, JULY & AUGUST, IT WILL NOT BE HEATED IN MAY.

Luxury apartment with outstanding views

We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill. The Getaway Billing Aquadrome

The Getaway at Billing Aquadrome accommodates a cozy lounge with comfortable seating, a large flatscreen TV perfect for movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for preparing meals, including a fridge, microwave, oven, pots and pans, cutlery and dish ware. One king size bedroom and a twin room, and a double sofa bed in the living room to ensure a restful night's sleep. The main bathroom featuring a shower, sink, and toilet and an ensuite in the large bedroom.

The property comprises of 2 double bedrooms with a lounge /dining area. The sofa in the lounge is a sofa bed that can become another double bed so that if required the lounge can convert to a third bedroom, thereby sleeping up to 5 people. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar suitable for 2 ( the dining table in the lounge will seat5 ) has Wi-fi and parking is free.There is an additional one bed apartment available that sleeps 4 ( utilising a sofa bed in the lounge)
