The small house is situated slightly outside and up from the village. It has a wonderful view over the lake and mountains and catches the evening sun until late. The house is very very simple and very basic but has been refurnished with a small pool, private garden and BBQ. It has two parking spaces. A local 24 hour supermarket is 3 minutes’ walk, and there is easy walking access by bus and train to Lugano, Milan and Como. There is easy access to the local lake ferry boat service too.

Die Kreuzbodenbahn erreichen sie in 10 Min. und der Ortskern mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist in 15 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Um ihren Urlaub nach Skifahren, Rodeln od. Wandern richtig genießen zu können, bietet sich unsere Sauna im Keller perfekt an um einen wundervollen Tag ausklingen zu lassen und/oder es euch vor dem Kamin im Wohn-Essbereich gemütlich machen.

My place is fresh and clean. It has fabulous vineyard views and is close to Florence. You’ll like it here because of the outdoors space and the light. The Castello di Nipozzano is within walking distance. I can book you a winetasting and visit to the historic cellars. I know my place is great for couples.
