Welcome to Fiesole in Giardino Home In the nice Fiesole, the hill overlooking Florence, a small independent house, with bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom, all renovated. Breakfast inclusive in the price: in the Spring/Summer the breakfast is served on the roof terrace with view! Totally renovated, this house is located on the ground floor of my family home, an ancient house dating back of 1700. Just few kilometres to Florence, but surrounded by the quiet of tuscan country.

This nice little studio apartment is quite comfortable for a couple or duo of tourist who want to visit Venice in one of the best zone, the Sestiere of Cannaregio. A lot of venetian residents still lives here, and you will stay in a very intimate place. Staying here is like being in your own home. In the renovation of the house whose construction dates back to the 1800s, I used the entire top floor to create three independent flats. Each flat has a private bathroom and kitchenette, so as to guarantee absolute privacy.

The Terrace

The Terrace is formed by a double-room in two floors, recently completely renovated and decorated with style. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.

This studio has A/C, Wi-Fi Internet Access, kitchen area with fridge and cooking facilities, queen-size bed, TV, built-in safe, private bathroom with shower and best of all an ensuite sea view balcony + a garden terrace with breathtaking views! Located in a quiet position next to the castle that dominates over the village, the studio is a ten minute walk from the historical center and train station.

Apartment is on the ground floor and it have private entrance and private bathroom. There is also 1000 m2 big shared garden with swimming pool, barbecue and a lot of different places for seat and enjoy surrounded with plants and green. All apartments are for adults and for two persons only. Sauna is out of function. SWIMMING POOL IS SHARED. We have 4 apartments in total.
