Nice and cosy double room in our boutique style hotel, with complimentary breakfast, kettle, Wi.Fi, safe, ensuite bathroom, A/C or heating, according to the season, SKY tv (cable). The hotel is placed 5 minutes far walking to S.Lucia train station and Piazzale Roma (bus station), just a few steps far from the Grand Canal. Reception service isn't always 24 hours, so we like to know your expected arrival time. City tax is not included in price (1.00€ per person per night to get paid cash only).

Cubi Studio

Das Studio ist ideal für längere Aufenthalte. Es bietet auf 25 m2 eine kleine Küche mit Kaffeemaschine, daneben ein gemütliches Bett (180 x 200), einen kleinen Ess-/Arbeitstisch mit 2 Hockern, einen Schrank, eine Garderobe mit Kofferablage und ein stylisches Bad mit Regenbrause. Selbstverständlich hat das Studio Wifi, einen Safe und Fernseher. Küche: es gibt Pfannen aber kein Öl oder Gewürze. Bratpfannen sind wegen des Brandschutzes verboten. Haustiere bitte anmelden (kostenpflichtig).

Ci troviamo a meno di 2 km dalle torri di San Gimignano, raggiungibile a piedi con circa 30 minuti di passeggiata lungo la ”Via Vecchia” oppure in auto in meno di 5 minuti. L’hotel dispone di comodo parcheggio, due piscine, una palestra ed è circondato da vigne, olivi, cipressi e pini. Tutte le camere hanno spazio esterno attrezzato con sedie e tavolo. La ricca colazione a buffet è inclusa nella tariffa e attiguo alla struttura c’è il nostro storico Ristorante ”Da Pode”.
