Fairlight Maison

Beautifully decorated and is equipped with everything you'd need for a home away from home stay. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds. Separate living room with a cosy fireplace and dinning room for 6 people. A charming study with a small daybed, a desk and printer. Well equipped kitchen good enough for any chefs. Sunny balcony off the master bedroom to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. A plunge pool with sunbed in the rear courtyard garden for soaking up the sun or alfresco entertaining & relaxation. We provide luxurious bedding linen, Egyptian Cotton bath towels, high end bathroom amenities including a hairdryer. Unfortunately we do not provide beach towels and we don't have a BBQ. There is a Nespresso Coffee machine in the kitchen and we provide a few coffee pods to get you started but you will have to purchase the additional pods at our local supermarket, Coles. Instant coffee and a small selection of tea are there for you to use of course. Guests will have access to the entire house by themselves. Guests will have full privacy. The house is conveniently located within a 10-20 minute walk of the famous Manly Beach precinct, home to a multitude of trendy cafes, restaurants, and boutiques. In addition, there's easy access to outdoor activities, such as bushwalking and surfing. If you don't want to do the 10-20mins walk to Manly, there is a local free bus shuttle (Hop Skip & Jump Bus) that takes you to directly to Manly Beach and Manly ferry. The bus stops right across the street in front of the house and comes around every 30mins. To go into the city there is also a public bus stop just around the corner but we suggest you take the scenic ferry ride across the Harbour into Sydney and you'll be in the heart of Sydney's tourist attractions. If you have a car you can park on the street in front of the house. There is always plenty of parking available. Fairlight La Maison is a terrace house on 3 levels so there are steep narrow stairs which might not be suitable for young children not used to stairs and elderly people. We have a gas fireplace. There is a Nespresso machine but only a sample of pods will be provided to get you started. If you would like use the Nespresso Coffee machine then you will need to buy extra coffee pods at the local supermarket. We don't have a BBQ. You will also need to bring your own beach towels as we do not provide beach towels at the house. We don't own a cat but our neighbours do. Nero is the black cat and Oscar is the grey marble cat. They are super friendly cats and often wander into the house if the doors and windows are left open. If you are allergic to cats we suggest you don't allow them in the house.

Machen Sie einen gemütlichen Morgenspaziergang am Strand und beginnen Sie den Tag mit einem beeindruckenden Sonnenaufgang! Das Haus ist sauber und ordentlich mit einer Unterkunft, die aus einem großen offenen Wohnbereich, drei Schlafzimmern, modernem Bad und interner Wäscherei besteht. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über Holzfußböden, wunderschöne, handgefertigten Holz- und Ledermöbel und Billardtisch. Die Schlafzimmer haben eine lustige, strandhafte Atmosphäre und können bis zu sieben Erwachsenen aufnehmen. Das Haupt-Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Bett, das zweite Schlafzimmer bietet ein Doppelbett und das dritte Schlafzimmer hat Doppelkojen und ein Einzelbett. Kabel/Foxtel sind auf unserem neuen Sony Bravia 40-Zoll-LCD-HD-TV zu genießen. Weniger als 1 Minute zu Fuß zum Strand und nur ein 10-minütiger Spaziergang aufwärts nach Avalon Village für Cafés, Restaurants, Kinos und Geschäfte; diese Anlage bietet ein einzigartiges und seltenes Angebot für diejenige, die einen Urlaub nahe am Strand lieben. Avalon Beach Retreat ist eins von zwei Häusern in einem großen, unterteilten Block. Beide sind völlig separat und eingezäunt und haben eigene Eingänge auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Anwesen und Gärten. Es ist nicht anders, als Nachbarn auf der Seite zu haben. Nur der Parkplatz an der Vorderseite des Grundstücks wird geteilt. Ihr Parkplatz ist direkt oben bei der Einfahrt. Ich lebe im vorderen Gebäude mit meiner Frau. Bei der Ankunft folgen Sie dem Fußweg auf der rechten Seite des Grundstücks und Sie werden Avalon Beach Retreat auf der Rückseite des Blocks erreichen. Das Haus ist abseits der Straße, also es ist sehr ruhig, so dass Sie das Meer hören können! Das Haus befindet sich in der Wohngegend von North Avalon, 7 Häuser vom Strand entfernt. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in die Stadt befinden sich in der Nähe und fahren regelmäßig. Unser nächtlicher Preis gilt für bis zu 4 Personen. Jeder zusätzliche Gast zahlt $50 pro Person pro Nacht. Dies ist zur Menge im Kalender hinzugefügt ***. Ein Aufenthalt von 5 Nächten oder länger befreit Sie von diesen zusätzlichen Kosten. Ein Mindestaufenthalt von 5 Nächten ist zwischen 20. Dezember und 15. Januar erforderlich.
