It is one of the safest neighborhoods in Chicago. Parking is easy! We’re 2 blocks away from a park (dog park, playground, walking/running path, tennis courts, indoor and Olympic sized outdoor pool). We've raised a big family and now have several empty bedrooms in one end of our home. There are 3 bedrooms and 4 beds (2 king beds and 1 twin….also a fold up twin mattress for floor) a bathroom and a living room area. It's not fancy but clean and comfortable. . Breakfast is an option if I'm available and is requested ahead of time. We’re across the street from Lake Manitou. We’re also close to 2 golf courses. We are just a few miles from H.way 31. The Serenity Suite is one of two listings to accommodate guests. This suite is a 230 sq ft. tiny house studio apartment created in 2022. A kitchen island with 2 barstools is in the center of the space. This can be used as a sit down eating spot or a dedicated workspace. The 3/4 bath boasts up to date accessories and soft, thirsty towels. Please check out our Whispering Pines listing for a more spacious area. It will accommodate 1-5 guests at a very competitive price.

This spacious 2 BR garden apartment is fully furnished, private Kitchen and Bathroom ! In a safe, quiet neighborhood, stay cool and comfortable while you rest. 1 block from the Austin Blue line and the 290/ Eisenhower express way. Approx 20 minutes to Downtown Chicago or Midway Airport and 30 mins to O'hare Airport. Oak Park is a wonderfully diverse community and holds the largest collection of Frank Lloyd Wright homes. It is also the childhood home of Ernest Hemingway.
