A large egress window allows natural sunlight into the bedroom on the opposite side of the wall from the kitchen/dining room/living room. We've raised a big family and now have several empty bedrooms in one end of our home. There are 3 bedrooms and 4 beds (2 king beds and 1 twin….also a fold up twin mattress for floor) a bathroom and a living room area. It's not fancy but clean and comfortable. .
