A newly renovated A Frame located in the rolling hills of the New York State countryside. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably with one queen futon on the first floor and one RV sized queen bed on the second floor. Includes a Hot tub, fire pit area looking out into the woods and a patio sectional on the porch. Air Conditioning is provided as well as internet, a smart tv, board games, and a small Nintendo 64 with preloaded games. A beautiful view of the woods and a large field, nature is sure to amaze.

Rustic Retreat

Beautiful sunsets, relaxing atmosphere, and plenty of open space. Just a few miles outside of Titusville, this newly renovated one bedroom home offers a peaceful place to stay. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a king bed, and a pullout sofa in the living room. A fire pit, firewood, and six Adirondack chairs are available for use in a private area behind the house. There is a large backyard with trails through the woods and around the field for guests to explore.

The River House

Come relax in our beautiful riverfront home conveniently located within 10 minutes of downtown Warren. We have created a private two-story, two bedroom retreat within the main home, separate entrance and amenities included. Take in the beautiful views of 2024's River of the Year & The Allegheny National Forest while enjoying your morning cup of coffee on our private dock. Hop on a bike or take a scenic stroll along the river and finish the evening cozied up by the fire under the night sky.

Located at the end of a quiet lane, with a stunning view of the Allegheny River, our riverfront cabin is the perfect getaway to relax with family and friends. Nestled right between Tidioute and Warren, our cabin is close to many sites within the National Forest: Buckaloons, Heart's Content, Rocky Gap, etc. There's also a great view of Crull's Island, a 96 acre paradise within the Allegheny Wilderness Area. Be on the lookout for heron, osprey, waterfowl, deer, and the amazing bald eagle!

Welcome to our Creekside Cottage! I have called this place home for most of my life, playing in the back yard, waving at the steady stream of kayakers or going creeking and exploring the islands. Nowadays, I still adventure out with my kids but you'll also find me kicking back and enjoying the sights from the big picture window or out on the back deck watching the sunset. Are you needing a place to forget the hustle of life to focus on what’s important? Sweet solitude provides a quiet, romantic getaway for you and your bestie to enjoy the beauty of nature! Our cabin is locally sourced. The timbers were sawed at a local hemlock mill. The exterior is made of boards we had milled from old pines along US Hwy 322. Even the stones we laid for the fireplace once splashed in a local creek.
